I have visited RH Rooftop several times and have not been disappointed. I tried the Chinese chicken salad, and it was amazing. The ambiance is always a vibe!

Expected the high prices but with that I expect excellent food, service and attention to detail. Both of our orders were wrong and items missing. Waiter never came back. Waiter never asked if we needed anything. Hubby got breakfast and it’s pretty common to want condiments. No one asked or came by. I ordered sparkling water which was warm and nothing offered to cool it off. Then I ordered iced tea. Nothing was offered for sugar options and no one came back. Not likely to return. Waitress (not ours) took my husbands full plate of food away and never thought to ask why he didn’t eat any. Same for my salad.

If you are looking for great tasting food at a reasonable price, this is not the place to go. If you care more about ambience, this is one of the top spots. Food was either overcooked, bland or undercooked. Swedish pancakes limp with no flavor. Bacon burnt to a crisp. Crispy Potatoes just cut in half and some quarters with no seasoning very bland. Over medium egg cooked to rubber. Waffles good and that’s about it. Would love for the food to match the atmosphere.

What a beautiful restaurant! The fountain adds a bubbly relaxing vibe, and the staff is incredible, attentive (but not too attentive), polite, and knowledgeable. The manager even came over with a list of local recommendations when they found out we had recently moved to the area which is really above and beyond sentiment to their hospitality. The baguette and cheese appetizer with strawberry preserves and grape grapes was incredible, highly recommend that and the fried artichokes. The ribeye sandwich was delicious too. I am still thinking about the Schaumburg rosé paired with the baguette and cheese, they were that good! A lovely afternoon and highly recommend. The glass roof is so charming and likely beautiful and a rain storm too!

Beautiful! Amazing ambiance! Very expensive! A fairly basic, yet delicious lunch for two was almost $100 (one roast beef sandwich, one order of sweet potato fries and one salad with chicken)
