Exceptional Food - Great Wine - Passion for Wellness

Some of the biggest current health trends will find a plethora of options on Revolve’s menu; Gluten-free, Paleo, Whole30, Ketogenic, 30/10, Mediterranean, Ideal Protein and others will have more options at Revolve than most traditional restaurants offer. In addition, the restaurant is celiac safe. Many people with allergies and sensitivities can dine without concern for cross contamination since the kitchen is 100% free of grains, gluten, legumes (including soy and peanuts), GMO’s and preservatives.

The concept of this restaurant is the culmination of Revolve owner Dr. Dusty DuBois’ holistic approach to wellness. Everything is made fresh daily from the highest quality ingredients available: grass-fed sirloin cali-burgers, wild caught fish and chips, hormone free bacon wrapped dates, and grain-free bread pudding, just to name a few offerings.

Everything was good but not outstanding. They have a great menu of gluten free food along with a good selection of drinks and wine. But when it came down to execution, my spouse's hash was a little overcooked as was my fried chicken.

First time dining at Revolve. The food is good and well prepared/presented. Can’t say that anything we tried blew our minds though... The bar height tables are very uncomfortable. Fortunately, there was a table outside we were able to sit at (quite comfortable comparatively).

unfortunately this will be the last time we go here. We've been multiple times -trying to support a gluten-free establishment. Each time we go there is a completely new service staff. This is the second time in a row that service was unacceptable - we waited 10 minutes once seated - finally someone came over and said our server had "abandoned us". Took our order - food came - never saw a server again. Food was marginal. Had the pork - size was about 3 bits - $28. Too much for too little.

It was just okay. Fish and chips were bland, brussel sprouts were salty, chicken sandwich came with a wilted lettuce wrap and bacon was barely cooked. Chicken strip appetizer and wrapped dates were well received by the family. If you have any additional food sensitivity outside of gluten, this is not the best place to accommodate you.

My husband is gluten intolerant and I’m allergic to cane sugar. But we have other food allergies as well and it would be nice if there was a bigger choice of foods because we can only eat a few things.

We love Revolve and finally went for brunch for the first time. The smoked salmon Benedict and the chicken fried chicken were enjoyed immensely, but the special frittata was disappointing. While the flavor was good, it was rubbery. The GF cheddar cauli muffin sweet potato home fries were killer! 😋

Uneven results of their attempts to do everything (except beer) without grains. The taro tortilla couldn't be cut and shattered when trying to fold it. The fish portions on the tostados and the fish and chips were very skimpy for the price. The gluten-free bun held the burger but didn't add any flavor or texture to it. It took a long time to get our drinks although the place was not full.

I came in for a first date and the service staffed treated me like family. They saw how nervous I was and help me set down before my big date. They gave me a great table and let us talk as long as we wanted even though the restaurant was getting full. I would go back again.

I’ve eaten here many times and for the 1st time, the service was very slow. Our server seemed to be spread a bit thin and didn’t see when we asked for them when we wanted to order dessert. However, food is wonderful as always.

Delicious and fun. Perfect service from Stephanie. Found out Mondays are happy hour menu all evening! great cocktails and then we ordered four of the five red wines to share between us for a tasting. Shared two salads, then our entrees were pork mole, short ribs, and fish and chips. Everything was excellent.
We are now expect fantastic at this place every time we come. None of us need to be gluten free --- the food is absolutely delicious.

Whether you are a gluten-free or not this is a great restaurant. You can tell the minute the plate arrives that you were eating “real” food that is healthy. No over salting. It is a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for.

It was a good experience. The staff were very nice, but appeared to be rushed. We were seated right away, but it took a while to get our drinks. They have a nice menu, but the lamb chops were a bit small and pretty fatty for $27. The best part of the evening was the desserts. They have a fantastic dessert selection. The brownie was warm and moist, like it had just come out of your Mom's oven.

Spent the late morning brunching in the private room downstairs. Amazing menu and staff. Only 12 people RSVP’d for my event and over 20 showed up but the staff just rolled with it. Service with a smile. I would definitely do an event here again.

The atmosphere is great and comfortable. You can hear the next table next to you clearly. The food is delicious. It was very cold on a cold day. The heating system could be updated. You want to stay long enough to eat and relax. It was a bit noisy you can hear everyone around you. The fish and chips was great. If you order the soup it is smaller wish it was a little bigger. Some of the items sound great to try next time. It is a $$-$$$ cost for the food. I heard about others experiences and it is a great place to try and eat healthier foods. The better foods are attractive. The desserts are yummy.

We had a group of 6 for a birthday. Dinner was delicious! However, service was incredibly slow. Our server would disappear for long stretches, it took 30 minutes to order a round of drinks. We were not able to get separate checks, and so did the math ourselves and handed over our note with card numbers and amounts. In the end he ended up adding $5.30 to one if the cards. Which isn’t a big deal except, it was the member of our party who had just fallen in the restroom b/c they had mopped, the floor was soaked and there was not a sign. They ended up giving her a gift card, but over charged her.....so strange! We joked the gift card was probably $5.30. We had a great time anyway and the food was excellent. With so many great restaurants in the area we probably won’t go back.

The food was thoughtfully prepared and and good value for dine around week. The restaurant was a bit hard to find as the signage was a bit difficult to see from the street. The upper name was right in the way of the lightpole, and the side signs only visible from the side.
The waiter was trying to be attentive, but there was a large group who needed attention. Understandable on a busy night.
Overall the food and atmosphere was good and will try to visit again soon.

The female staff person as we arrived was excellent, understanding and supportive, working quickly to find us a table even though we had arrived a half hour past our scheduled time. Our waitress was excellent and understanding, giving us time to relax and enjoy our meal. And the food? The bacon wrapped dates appetizer was so appealing and so good that both my wife and myself each ordered it. The desert was fun to share, and the short ribs (although not as much as we would have liked) was tasty. Definitely a place we plan to return to!

We had the three course Seattle Restaurant week specials and all four of us agreed the food was excellent. We ordered a bottle of the featured wine and were not disappointed; very good for the price. It was a bit noisy while we were there, but that was due to how busy it was for Restaurant Week. We have been there at other times and it was very quiet and intimate. I have recommended the restaurant to several friends already and told them to order the panna cotta for dessert; my favorite.

We came during Seattle Restaurant Week : 3 courses for #35
The place is nice, as far as location and ambiance - very good.
My wife's green salad was poor: 3 slices of cucumber, 3 slices of radish, 3 slices of tomato with then mixed greens in a bowl that is hard to eat out of. It was cheap.
I had the dates wrapped in bacon. It was good, but the drizzle was dried, like it sat under the heat lamp too long, so I didn't get to taste or use it.
The short ribs were good, but not great. It was nothing special nor bad. It had no garnish and lacked the same liquid as the pictures on the website. It has Au Jus, just not as much.
The desert was outstanding however. We had the Chocolate Pot di Crème and Pina Colada Panna Cotta.
Unfortunately, not worth $35 per person as I can much of the same for cheaper.

Visited for Seattle Restaurant Week and the waiter was very attentive and great with drink recommendations. I was had chosen the soup for my starter and another server brought them out. Mine was supposed to he a cauliflower soup but it tasted more like a fish stock with slight cauliflower notes...once I was done, I asked about it as I was disappointed in it and our waiter told me ‘Oh, they changed the soup but didn’t tell me’. My friend had the bacon-wrapped dates which were delicious and I wished I had them instead. We both had the short ribs which were good but they tasted more like pot roast and the food wasn’t hot but just warm. Was a little put off that the meal came with mashed potatoes and a veggie, which was cauliflower so this may sound odd, but it was just a lot of ‘white’ food on the plate. We’d ordered the brussel sprouts as a side to share and they were light and delicious. End with the chocolate pot d’ creme and it was yummy. Service was great up front but then faded as the restaurant got busier. I may try again as I liked the location and the interior of the restaurant had a nice feel to it.

Service was friendly, but a little on the slower side. Ambiance, decor & cleanliness were great. We greatly appreciate the all gluten free food menu & extensive GF drink options, but the food portions were very small, considering the price point. However I understand food/prep costs are higher when maintaining a GF menu. Would love to frequent more often as an “everyday dining” spot, but not feasible. -That is unless you come for happy hour pricing.

This place is a bit hit and miss. The food is all gluten free, which is great for me. But I like the dinner options better than the breakfast choices as a general rule. Service tends to be slow (it took about 15 minutes for a waiter to take our order, and another half hour for food to arrive). Really like the feel of this restaurant and it's usually fairly quiet, which I really appreciate.

It took an hour to get my food. And I ordered a salad! I finished my wine long before my meal arrived and no one asked if I’d like a second glass. A waiter told me to click on a link to get $5 off. When I presented the discount to the waiter, he told me he needed manager approval to apply the discount. After 20 min of waiting for him to find a manager, I said forget it. Waiting so long was not worth the $5 off. I won’t be back.

Party of four. St Patrick's Day. Three of our group ordered their corned beef special. Meat for all of us was inedible, 75% of our portions were pure fat. Enough to make us lose our appetite. Our server was very apologetic and worked it out so that we could order substitute meals. $17 for an old fashioned was very excessive. $18 for a lettuce wrap Burger. Speaks for itself. lots of competition out there for the restaurant dollar. As much as we wished we like this experience we will probably go elsewhere

My first time, i might give it a try again for dinner. The dishes are all gluten free and the taste is average, price is beyond average - for brunch we spent over $100 for 4 people, and we ordered the basics. The server didn't give the discount even though the codes were given to her prior to order. The sign was hard to see from the street.

Wonderful food & service, perfect evening out. We had the roasted brussel sprouts, beet salad, spare ribs, Moroccan chicken plus pot de creme for dinner. All excellent. We had the Perfect-Manhattan and Tipsy-Brit craft cocktails, so good we both ordered seconds, which rarely happens.
Perfect service, they even moved us to a booth when it freed up as the two ladies in our group were uncomfortable in the tall chairs.
Thanks!!
