   Wow and amazing experience from beginning to end. The restaurant manages different number of course menu which is great, if I were you I would consider the 9 courses menu. Just trust me here, make a reservation to this place you won’t regret it! Place is wonderful, food is AMAZING, and service is great. Definitely coming back next time I’m here!

   One of the best restaurants in Puerto Vallarta - dare I say even in Mexico City. Everything was fabulous - don't miss the rice pudding...creamy, rich and unforgettable.

   Excellent Mexican flavors and service. The 5 course tasting menu was great. Excellent ala carte choices as well. Recommend Icu for some unique and authentic food.

   Overall was impressed with 2/7 courses. Nothing bad with regard to food. Service was great even though there was large delay between courses due to them missing 2 cooks that evening. We highly appreciated the service and the genuine apology and pride in the hospitality and food they were serving.

   Restaurants ICU was incredible. Food was maxing. Did the 5 course menu. Only regret is that I didn’t do the 7 or 9 course experience. Each course is fully described when delivered to your table. Great atmosphere thoroughly enjoyed the experience
