In 1993, Toqué! opened featuring local produce: a showcase for Quebec's terroir and its suppliers. The ongoing contributions of these artisans is no less important today. We have them to thank for foie gras de canard or salicornia; lamb of heirloom vegetables; seafood or fine herbs. These tireless farmers, foragers and fishermen inspire Toqué!'s cuisine, on which they bestow tastes, textures and natural aromas and unparalleled freshness.

OpenTable美食編輯： Since its 1993 debut, Restaurant Toqué! has set the standard for Quebec fine dining, earning accolades from World’s 50 Best and Canada’s 100 Best. Local ingredients shape chef Normand Laprise’s menu of exactingly executed dishes like confit trout with sea buckthorn berry gel or pork filet with eggplant caviar. Seasonal cocktails and a deep wine list seal the deal.

    Very corporate/hotel feeling place, not cosy. Comfortable chairs. Nice decor. We opted for tasting menu plus discovery wine pairing. Arrived at 7pm and did not finish dessert until nearly 11pm. Very slow between courses, had empty glasses and no food waiting for our pour several times for 15 minutes or more. The service was polite and professional WHEN it arrived. Pours were ungenerous. Food was delicious and appropriate for a tasting menu, lots of original and creative dishes. Overall it felt like poor value at $1K including tip.

    A sublime experience. Someday we will chose from the menu but the tasting menu is just too d*** good.

    Toque is consistently excellent - food quality, innovation and presentation. The prices have been maintained and are affordable. The menu showcases the best of Quebec produce. It is always a pleasure dining there.

    We had wine pairing with the tasting menu. It came with surprise with every single dishes and pairing. I will come back and see what is the tasting menu next time!

    The place was loud. The service was very nice and the staff were amazing. The food at all stages was sub par, cold, and were un satisfying portions. Tack this on with everything being overpriced; I would not recommend eating here as this place tries too hard to be something it is failing at.

    Il y a tellement de nouveaux restaurants qui ouvrent que j'avais oublié à quel point j'adore Toqué. Tout est parfait! La nourriture est succulente et toujours bien présentée, le service est impeccable et l'ambiance est parfaite pour avoir une discussion avec ses amis. On y retourne sans hésiter!
