In 1993, Toqué! opened featuring local produce: a showcase for Quebec's terroir and its suppliers. The ongoing contributions of these artisans is no less important today. We have them to thank for foie gras de canard or salicornia; lamb of heirloom vegetables; seafood or fine herbs. These tireless farmers, foragers and fishermen inspire Toqué!'s cuisine, on which they bestow tastes, textures and natural aromas and unparalleled freshness.

    Une expérience culinaire inoubliable! Pour le Menu Dégustation, nous voulions seulement poissons, fruits de mer et végétarien : tout simplement exquis. Ce n'est pas la première fois et ce ne sera pas la dernière, assurément. Notre serveur Philippe Albert très attentionné et agréable à tout moment. Toutes les personnes qui nous apportent les plats les décrivent avec précision. MERCI !

    Soup to nuts excellent Definitely recommend. Service was outstanding and very professional. Portion size could be larger. Hard to feel full. Pricy.

    Lovely experience. The food was delicious and offered a thoughtful journey through in-season Quebecois cuisine, but what truly stood out was the staff. Everyone who took care of me was kind, welcoming, and a joy to talk to—especially the main bartender, who curated a full mocktail pairing to accompany my meal. I really appreciated not feeling left out of the drink experience just because I wasn’t drinking alcohol. Their attentiveness made the evening feel personal and memorable. I had a wonderful time.

    Lovely evening. I enjoyed the tasting menu option. Only disappointment was learning of each course as they were presented. Course description depending on servers that delivered item and their enthusiasm- each was accurate and professional but some were better than others. Meal is worthy of Canada's Best 100 Restaurants. I have had Michelin star meals that had superior pre-main course platings that were also less expensive even counting the Euro exchange rate. Main course was exceptional. Extra details will earn Michelin recommendation or star.

    C’est toujours agréable de manger au Toqué. Nous étions 6 autour de la table et nous avons tous apprécié notre repas. Très bon accueil, menu varié, tout était de grande qualité. Bravo à toute l’équipe.
