   Sobre et tranquille, l’ambiance style lounge s’est parfaitement harmonisé avec les explosions de saveurs ou les délicates nuances de goût que nous avons pu déguster lors de notre souper. Pour le service : une machine bien huilée, une chorégraphie partagée entre serveurs, sommeliers et autres intervenants qui tout au long du repas nous ont guidés délicatement dans ce voyage gastronomique aux cœurs des régions du Québec!    We did not find servers to be formal enough nor particularly knowledgeable. The sommelier was outstanding but others were reciting ingredients in a very mechanical way. We thought that asking us to choose our wine before seeing a dinner menu was odd.

   Expérience unique et exceptionnelle. Tout étais parfait. Nous avons eu droit à une visite des cuisines en compagnie de Normand Laprise à la fin de la soirée.

   All is good,this is one of my favorite restaurants in mtl,I come here often,I love the food,the presentation,service,wine,environment all is great,will be back soon.

   Toque always is a special experience, and this dinner did not disappoint. As always: The food elements were of the highest quality. Dishes were creative, often with multiple spins on a food pillar: Both vinegared and moussed carrots in a delectable quail appetizer, for example, or honey bavarois (pudding), marscapone and honeycomb in an exquisite closing item. One feels one enjoyed things one couldn't have put together at home (last night: fiddlehead ferns with celery mousse, sea buckthorn, and a subtle beef filet sauce incorporating clover, for example.) Service was perfect. A definite recommend if you're able to come.

    The food was good for the price, and the tasting menu service was polished. However, my experience was tainted right from the start. While waiting to be seated, I was overlooked in favor of a white couple who arrived after me and didn’t have a reservation. Despite being visibly ahead of them in line, the hostess assumed I was behind them. When I was finally acknowledged, the staff member apologized, but the bias was clear. To make matters worse, the guest ahead of me gave the wrong name multiple times and wasn’t even in the system—yet was still prioritized and reassured that walk-ins were fine due to table availability. During the meal, while the service was professional, they didn’t pace the courses to the diner’s eating speed, which many tasting-menu restaurants are attentive to. I spent over $400 CAD with wine pairing and tipped generously, but I won’t be returning. If you’re a person of color, I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant—their service still reflects unconscious bias, and that needs to change.
