Our waitress, Aryana, was spectacular. Her food recommendations were spot on. She was very kind too. Great food. I’ll definitely be back when I’m in Calgary again! What a gem.

Fun restaurant experience. Food and Sevice were both great. We really liked being able to create our own spice/condiment dishes to individually match our heat tolerances. Parking in the area is confusing. Many different time limits with most being less than the time needed to finish a meal. One of the people in our party, me, found it hard to walk from parking to the restaurant as we couldn't get close. This issue would apply to the other restaurants in the same shopping mall and residential towers. For those who are more mobile this would be less of an issue.

Why do you not have alcohol? A cold beer would hav really helped. As well your webpage has a seafood platter with real seafood but most was processed fake balls. Work in progress with room to improve. But overall pretty good.

I love this restaurant!! Such a hidden gem with kind staff and an awesome atmosphere. Ive been there three times in a month and as a vegetarian I have many options!! Worth the try 100%!!!

A unique experience with lots of flavours and textures. The staff was great about explaining everything. We ordered too much food because we wanted to try everything. Well worth the trip. Parking is an issue but will not deter me from going again. A huge plus is the fact that the meet is halal!

Golden Dragon Hotpot is hands down one of the best hotpot experiences in Calgary! From the moment I walked in, the friendly staff and welcoming owner made me feel right at home. The service was top-notch—attentive without being intrusive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a great meal. The ingredients were incredibly fresh, and the quality was evident in every bite. I tried both the satay broth and the mild spicy broth, and they were absolutely delicious—rich, flavorful, and perfect for cooking a variety of ingredients. The fish balls were particularly interesting and tasty, with unique textures and flavors that made them stand out. The high-quality meat was beautifully marbled and tender, while the vegetables were crisp and fresh, adding the perfect balance to the meal. Golden Dragon Hotpot truly delivers on quality, flavor, and service. Whether you’re a hotpot lover or trying it for the first time, this is the place to go. Highly recommend!
