Exclusive wine dinner. Restaurant 1890 by Gordon Ramsay is delighted to announce an exclusive Penfolds Bin 180 Wine Dinner, taking place for one night only on 21st October 2025. Hosted by Penfolds Global Winemaking and Brand Ambassador Toby Amphlett, this extraordinary evening promises a journey through rare and iconic Penfolds vintages, perfectly paired with a bespoke menu by Executive Head Chef James Sharp. The menu, crafted by Executive Head Chef James Sharp, is an elegant reflection of the wines being served. Guests will begin the meal with Celeriac Royale with Iberico and hazelnut, Orkney Scallop à la Grenobloise, and Aylesbury Pekin Duck with delica pumpkin and calamansi. Subsequent courses feature Windsor Park Venison with sweet potato and Pontack, followed by Comté d’Estive with grape and walnut. Dessert is a 64 percent Manjari and pistachio crémeux with kumquat, concluding with vanilla madeleines for petits fours.
