Reserve 101 is one of the top whiskey bars in the country, but that’s not what makes us special. Located in the heart of Downtown Houston, Reserve 101 is housed in an early 1900s building that’s seen plenty, including Prohibition, come and go. We’re an inclusive, neighborhood public house that makes the whisky world not just more accessible, but bigger, too.
Reserve 101 currently has over 450 whiskeys to choose from and a team with a wealth of knowledge, eager to help guide you to that perfect pour, and a craft cocktail menu that's garnered attention across Houston!
We are located directly across the street from the House of Blues and The Four Season's, and two blocks down from the Toyota Center and George R Brown convention center. No matter what you're downtown to do, we're ready to hear about it!

I cannot rave enough about Reserve 101! The atmosphere, the service, the company.. everything was amazing! I took my husband here for a private tasting for his birthday and my expectations were totally exceeded! Melissa helped me arrange this even pretty last minute because I didn’t know it was something that was offered initially. She was super sweet, understanding, and helpful. Jace was our whiskey connoisseur for the evening & he blew our minds with all the information he knew about different types of whiskey. My husband was totally floored by the whole event! Thank you Reserve 101 for this totally unique & fun experience. We’ll definitely be back & will also shout praises about this place to all of our friends! P.S it’s all very all-inclusive. If you’re not a whiskey drinker they have all kinds of drinks & recommendations that they can give you. Everything they recommended for me as my husband enjoyed his whiskey was sooooo good! They know their stuff!

We had a reservation for a private tasting for my husband's birthday and were completely blown away by the experience. Jace, the Owner, sat with us for over two hours educating us on the hand-picked selection. It was incredible. We cannot wait to go again. A definite must for any whiskey lover!
