Regions 117 is truly a treasure, as it is the only venue for lakeside dining in the Valley, located just behind the gates at the dynamic Shenandoah Lodge. Our waitress made us feel very rushed, forgot one our appetizer orders, we had to wait about 30-40 minutes for our apps. The waitress also brought the check and put it on the table even before our desert had arrived (again made it feel inhospitable)

Our experience at Regions 117 for July 4 was truly memorable. Stephanie, our server, managed our party of six with grace and professionalism. With two kids, two parents, and two grandparents, we had diverse tastes and drink preferences, which posed a challenge that Stephanie navigated effortlessly. The food was exceptional, catering perfectly to our varied choices and customization requests. Every dish arrived promptly and simultaneously, ensuring everyone could enjoy their meal together. The service was top-notch throughout our visit, and the highlight for our grandson was getting to shake hands with the Chef himself! Our granddaughter, sadly, missed the Chef—but she’s already made it clear she plans to return soon to claim her greeting. Overall, Regions 117 provided a delightful dining experience with outstanding food, impeccable service, and a welcoming atmosphere that made our family gathering truly special.

The food and service were excellent. We have eaten here many times over the last several years and every time I am extremely impressed. Each time I say that was the best meal yet! Many of the staff members have been there for several years.

Lovely time - had to wait about 15 minutes for our table which was open and set, but after that everything was great

Second time dining here and was just as good! Have had the Wagu burger here, the poke bowl and the firecracker shrimp salad. All were excellent. Will be back to try more as we really enjoyed it.
