Worst service I’ve ever had in Vegas. Restaurant was not crowded at all and food took forever. I will add we were there for an early dinner at 6:00…..not an odd dining time. Appetizer was served after our dinner was brought out. We had to ask for utensils and napkins. It was very poorly run during our visit. I know it’s not high end, but they didn’t even meet the minimum expectation for a restaurant of that nature.

Go anywhere else’s in Resorts World! Terrible food and only good if you want to keep kids busy. We ordered the burgers and added on the Wagyu up charged $8 patty on each of use medium rare. Bothe came out well done - sent back and came back 20 minutes later well done again! The funny part is that the server was calling the cook “chef”. Laughable!!! We ate the second ones since we had show tickets. Didn’t even taste like wagyu…. Also, everything was loaded with salt. Terrible all around.

Very fun and unique place. Love that there’s private karaoke rooms. I feel that you really need to do your own research before going. We went on a slow evening and had to ask how we go about playing the games and pretty much anything else we needed. The staff was pretty cool. Just not your Po above and beyond attitude you’d expect in a five star resort. Even if it’s a sports bar with video beer pong. They exist on some of the most expensive real estate in the world. The attitudes and customer service should be top notch. The margarita on the rocks with salt were very good. Peace!

Made a reservation through open table app for thanksgiving. Imagine our surprise when we arrived at the restaurant and it was closed. If you’re closed for the holiday, simply say so . Don’t waste people’s holiday time ubering to your closed restaurant.

Had great reviews and plenty stars so I took my friend for his birthday because he wanted a burger. They were mediocre I actually prefer Red Robin’s or In & out before I’d recommend. It’s not that the food was bad, but if I’m gna pay $26 for a burger (the basic burger) I want it to taste better than what I had. Idk about the other food there cus I didn’t have it.. but the burgers are absolutely in no way special.

Was not a fan of this place. They don’t seem to be organized nor tentative. Went to Red Tail for Thursday Night Football and the place was dead. I asked if they were playing the game, I was told yes, but I had to watch the game on my cell phone before they got another hint to actually play it on one of their screens.

The saving grace was the free games and the live entertainment from The Roxy Gun Project. Service was super lackluster and the food was just okay. We attended a boxing event and we were supposed to get special pricing on items - didn’t. Everything was just okay. Food was overpriced and mediocre, should’ve just had pizza next door.

This place was ok. $50 minimum I didn’t know about when booking. Waitress was very sweet friendly but we barely saw her. Place was not crowded nice ambiance if you’re a sports fan. Drinks were good. I had wagyu burger that was $36 itself and burgers at fast food are better. I didn’t taste any different than a normal burger. I wouldn’t go back. Food def wasn’t bad but not impressed by the $177 bill to feed 3 people

Food was about a 2 out of 10 and way over priced, 1lb Wings 1 burger 1 beer $60 bill after tip. Boneless Wings were triple breaded with popcorn nugget type meat inside, some had no meat at all , dried out and hard , even with sauce on them .. They have private karaoke rooms. But blast techno type music in the restraunt part so loud . You can't hear anybody at yer table. But our waitress was great , only thing that saved the visit. But we still wouldn't revisit.

We made a 6pm reservation and it started out fine. At 620 they informed us a concert was coming in and we needed to close out. We could “stay” for a bit but as we stayed and ate dinner they took tables away and roped us in our area. It was beyond annoying and not appreciated

Made last minute reservations to watch the NFC championship game. The hostess was very helpful and called to confirm our reservation. Although they were busy service was attentive and food came out in a pretty decent time. We had to sit at a high top table, which I usually hate; but their high top tables were pretty big and the chairs were comfy and sturdy. Will def recommend this place for any looking to hang out and chill to watch a game.

Come here if you want to be ignored by your waitress. Had a large group and was seen twice if that. They made sure you knew that 20 percent gratuity was included which was fine, but then rarely showed up to take our drinks afterwords. Finally decided to just leave the bar and go to the cigar bar down the hall.

Sports bar/lounge serving very good bar food. Loud with football game playing on cool screen setup. Our group tried the poke nachos, boneless wings, burger with avocado and onion rings, and the fish and chips. The poke nachos were the big winner but everything was tasty and the cocktails were great. Cool place to hang inside an amazing hotel to visit.

Super nice restaurant/bar/lounge! Our party of 6 were visiting from Alabama and came to watch the Bama game. I made a reservation and was happy I did. We were first seated at the high top table then we asked to be seated in the lounge area and were quickly accommodated. The host was very, very sweet, and the staff was awesome. Y’all…. The bathrooms are freaking amazing! I was amazed. I had nachos, and they were cold but I didn’t care because the atmosphere and vibes of the place outweighed it all. I would definitely come back to Vegas for this place. We loved it!

Perfect venue if you want to get a group of friends together. Great adult games. Service was great, our server was Jojo she was very attentive and took care of splitting the bill, just let her know before hand. Had a group of ten people and they were able to seat all of us comfortably. We will definitely return.

Celebrated my boyfriend’s birthday with 10 friends in a karaoke room. We ordered 2 big fishbowls of cocktails and easily met the minimum while also getting a fair amount to drink. We had multiple employees come in to check on us and make sure we were good. Overall a great experience, highly recommend! :)

Wait staff was decent , food was nothing special borderline bad , nachos had no cheeseburger tasted frozen-the decor and atmosphere could have been better. Overall it was just okay.

I believe it was overrated for what you got The service was excellent but I probably won’t be dining here again because the food was not really equivalent to what I paid for it I think I will just go to the little food court by the casinos instead next time there’s really not much variety On the menu

If the so called manager in his suit would learn how to treat customers equal that would help. And also he could loosen up, smile, at least act like he enjoys his job. This attitude is contagious & reflects on his employees as well. The venue is great. The food is decent. Drinks were ok. Red tail has potential to attract more people if they would have less negative reviews & more positive. This is something management should have fixed over a month ago.
