   While the sirloin was excellent and the service provided by the waiter was outstanding, I found the scotch steak experience less satisfying. The tomato, which was intended to be grilled, was served raw, appearing as though it had been placed straight onto the plate without preparation. The three-pepper sauce was quite light and watery, and unfortunately did not balance the strong charcoal flavour of the steak. Additionally, the potato was undercooked and firm on the inside. That said, the attentive and friendly service, along with the quality of the sirloin, certainly added a positive note to the overall dining experience.

   The restaurant was almost empty but many of the tables had the used crockery from past diners and little was done to tidy up in the time that we were there. Starters were good but one of the main courses had to be sent back as it was cold. This restaurant is a great breakfast venue but I would not opt for dinner again. The Crowne Plaza have apologised and kindly provided compensation but I would recommend dining out - there are splendid restaurants nearby.

   It was Good Friday , so it narrowed it down for us as far as the menu choices but It was a great night . The staff were absolutely exceptional, we were greeted and taken to a table straight away then they explained the menu and changes to us , they were so lovely and friendly while still be very professional all night

   Service was very good, quietly efficient. I had the fillet steak, which was excellent and cooked medium rare, as I ordered. My husband had the lamb which he enjoyed as the the meat was very good, but too much pasta. We were disappointed with the selection of desserts so just had coffee, which was very good.

   Excellent service and very accommodating. Enjoyable lunch and nice, quiet atmosphere.

   A very central location, team members were good and food was appetising. Needed to remind team members from time to time about deserts. We have eaten whilst staying at the hotel on 4 consecutive occasions.

    The food was very poor, cold and dried out. What was provided for the cost was very overrated and definitely not worth it. Staff seem to have very little idea of what was going on. The amount and the type of food was extremely dissatisfactory.
