Had a wonderful time with friends before the Guardians game. Enjoyed the Cucumber Cocktails and Wine for dinner. Dined family style with 3 steaks, sliced, medium rare; Ribeye, Strip Steak and a Filet. Added Tater Tots, Calimari, Mac N Cheese, Creamed Corn and a couple Red Salads. The dinner on the rooftop couldn't have been better for the 6 of us. We will definitely be back!

This was our first time visiting Red's downtown, celebrating our anniversary. Beautiful space, we were welcomed nicely. I ordered the mint passion cocktail, the waiter was hesitant he had to check with someone; another guy stated he had enough to make one. All I needed was one and it was lovely. There were some fruit flies or gnats circling around our table. We did not care for the bread; it was fresh but very hard. I ordered the scallops, I found it to be a little too sweet and the mushrooms appearance and texture were off putting ( worm like). My husband ordered the tuna. The waiter told us the tuna would be rare and cold in the center. I informed my husband of this ( not a native English speaker) and he wanted it cooked so that it wasn't cool in the center. The waiter informed us that tuna should be eating rare and cooking it any longer would turn it into a different thing. That was a risk we were willing to take, but it seemed to be an issue so we accepted the tuna entrée as it comes. My husband said the rice was too oily, but he did finish the meal. Lastly, we wanted the bananas foster cake. Only to be informed that they were out of it. We ordered the tiramasu instead. The tiramasu was VERY bad and watery. We did not finish it. Overall, I was disappointed. I was expecting a lot and felt the experience was not worth the hype or money. Our waiter was alright, not very friendly but he did the job. Our first impression was made us not want to return, maybe it was an off night for Red's; but our first time wasn't impressive.

Red, the Steakhouse in downtown Cleveland is hands-down one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in the city. I ordered the ribeye, and it was absolutely incredible—perfectly cooked, well-seasoned, and incredibly flavorful. The service was professional and attentive without being overbearing, and the atmosphere was classy but comfortable. Whether you’re a local or just visiting, Red is a must-try if you’re craving a top-tier steak. Highly recommend the ribeye!

Jared, the Manager was extremely roof and dismissive from the moment we arrived for our reservation. The table wasn’t ready and he was very unaccommodating and rude with how he handled our group. The food was very well prepared and our server Daniel did his best to make up for his rude Manager which we appreciated.

My apologies if I came across as dismissive. Someone else had checked in with your last name, saying the group had gone from a 6 to an 8. I was trying to get to the bottom of who was trying to steal your reservation. Please let me know the next time you can dine with us, I would like to personally make it up to you and your friends. The AC was broken, leaving us sweating throughout dinner. The menu is wildly overpriced for the steak quality and overall experience, falling below the standard of even a nationwide chain steakhouse, despite the higher cost.

Dario was our server, and he was fantastic! I had the filet, my daughter had sirloin, and my son had spaghetti and meatballs. Everything was delicious! For dessert we had donut holes. They were so good, like mini beignets. If you are in downtown Cleveland go to Red and ask to sit in Dario's section. You will love your dining experience!

Excellent steaks and wonderful service. Front door was open to get a "flavor" of downtown as part of the ambiance but all it did was let in flies, make the place hot and let in a neighborhood kid asking to buy candy bars to support his football team. The family style sides for a restaurant of this price point was odd. Not worth it in my opinion.

The place was dead, Saturday night and only 3 tables full. Food was horrible and doesn’t worth the price. I am a steak lover and by far one of the worst.
