   We came for the Beef Stroganoff - hadn't seen that on a menu in years - and it was fabulous. Then there was the Coconut Cream Pie - again, hadn't seen that on a menu in years - and it was spectacular! We'll be back!

   Best restaurant in Key West! My wife and I went there last night. The Beef Stroganoff is terrific as is the spicy shrimp entree. Salads and dessert equally as satisfying. Austin, our server, was terrific!This is a must go to restaurant!

   This is a wonderful restaurant with awesome food and exceptional service. Everything my family ordered from appetizers to dessert was delish! A shout out to the Deviled Eggs with Scallops, Black Grouper, Stroganoff and Lavender Cheesecake (sounds strange, but you have got to try it)!! Music playlist is fun and Service is spot on! We visit Key West annually and we will difinitely add the Red Shoe Island Bistro to our dinner rotation!!!!

   Amazing food and service! John, the Manager and server was a terrific host! He knew just how to describe each dish in a manner that made your mouth water. I can understand why the yellowtail snapper is their signature dish….delicious! We started with the appetizer of mini puff pastry filled with perfectly seasoned lobster, and ended the meal with the coconut custard pie which was light and fluffy. I would highly recommend this restaurant for an intimate dinner away from the “maddening crowd” of Key West.

    My husband and I ate here two nights in a row it was so delicious. The wine, appetizers, main dishes and desserts were all excellent. Service is exceptional!! Ambience is a great vibe. I especially loved the mango/shrimp toast, fish dishes and the off the chart lavender cheesecake!

    Just spent 5 days in Key West, ate at several great restaurants and we agreed tonight at Red Shoe Island Bistro was our best meal. The black grouper catch of the day was amazing, seared scallop deviled eggs fantastic and the yellowtail snapper (signature dish for a reason) was out of this world. The vibe is quaint and intimate and the service was terrific as well. Will recommend and look forward to dining here again.

    The food was absolutely delicious and our server was attentive and friendly. He had great recommendations that we eagerly tried. The noise level was higher than it probably usually was due to one table not realizing how loud they were so if you are looking for a quiet romantic spot this it it. And get the award winning key lime pie!

    Always really delicious. It is hard to pick the appetizer because there are so many that look wonderful; the entrée I always get the fish special because I love it.  Very nice wines by the glass.

    This was our second visit to Red Shoe and it was again outstanding! John was very pleasant and the food is delicious. We had to take our daughter to try the lavender cheesecake, but we loved it all!

    My husband and I decided to take a last-minute trip to Key West to celebrate our anniversary. Research into where to have our celebratory dinner led me to this unassuming place. So unassuming, in fact, that when we passed it the day before we were to be dining there, I wondered if I’d made the wrong call. I absolutely made the right call! While the outside is funky and odd, inside is comfortable and fairly traditionally elegant (white tablecloths, candle, nice glassware, etc). The service is beyond friendly, and the food is outstanding. After the manager graciously offered us complimentary sparkling wine to celebrate (because I had noted on the reservation that we would be celebrating our anniversary), we started with a shared Caesar salad. Their wine flights looked great, but would be a little more than we wanted, so we each ordered a single glass from their nice selection. We both chose fish for dinner: he had their specialty, yellowtail snapper; and I had the special, which was black grouper. Both were excellent! Such a great evening! Good food, nice atmosphere, service that is excellent and friendly. Would recommend to anyone in a heartbeat!

    We spend a week every year in Key West. Since Red Shoes Bistro opened we’ve made it a point to get there. It is typical Key West: off the hustle and bustle of Duval, outstanding food, outstanding service (ask for Susie).

    Perfect place for a date night. I can only describe our experience as excellent and outstanding from the quality of the food to the service. Great wine list. Only drawback was lack of liquor/spirits. We will definitely come back. Red Shoe is now in our top three restaurant choices in Key West.
