Our dinner at Red Rock Grill was very good. The service was fast and friendly, the food was very good - fresh, tasty, well-prepared. The view is pretty amazing too! Overall we were very pleased.

Hit and miss! We ate here on Sat and Sun for dinner and had the same server but different entrees. Service was good both days. The dinners were complete opposites. Saturday was moderately good, but Sunday was awful. The chicken chili was really just pulled chicken with some cheese on top. The "sauce" probably had chili powder in it so they could call it chili. I only ate part of the bowl, and when I stopped, there was pretty much just a clump of moistened pilled chicken in the bottom of the bowl. Chicken was so dry that it basically absorbed all of the liquid in the chili. Also, I could not find any white beans or chili peppers in the chili as advertised on the menu. The spicy chicken empanadas were similar (dry chicken). The only flavor was the sauce. I don't believe there was any cheese in the empanadas as advertised on the menu. I honestly think they forgot to add the cheese. Again, the meal on Saturday was moderately good. However, Sunday's meal was awful. This is a hit and miss restaurant at this point that needs to implement some quality control in the kitchen.

Good food and service, especially for a National Park restaurant. Wish they had a bot more creativity and/or variety on the menu, but otherwise.

Great location. Food was good. Burger actually really good. Salmon dip was ok. They don’t have enough staff on hand. Should have been able to sit outside on such a glorious evening.

Over the past four years we have eaten here several times and the food, service and ambiance has been outstanding. We have always eaten on the outside deck but they are not using it. At least not for dinner or breakfast. We ate dinner this night and breakfast the next morning. The same maitre d’ seemed as if she didn’t want to be there and any questions we asked about seating and our reservations her answers were short and not pleasantly made. I gathered they were short handed. The management of the restaurant and the entire Zion Lodge is not with XTerra any longer since the first of the year and it is not comparable in many aspects. The food was just ok, but not up to previous standards. The dining on the deck is actually one of the reasons we actually come to Zion Lodge. We canceled our second night of dinner reservations because of it, the quality of the food and the maitre d’. I will say that the servers we had were good. Lily for dinner and Gabe for breakfast did a great job. Overall disappointed.

Very nice. Compare to other national parks, a pretty good value. The steak, mash potatoes, and veggies were delicious and for $23 better deal than we have found at other national parks such as Yellowstone. My wife loved the chicken sandwich when came with a better than expected tasty salad.

For the money, its a great place to eat. Wonderful views, great service and OK food at a great price point especially considering there are no other close restaurants.

We stayed at the lodge. We had trout for dinner. It came out 4 minutes after we ordered while we were still enjoying cocktails. The waiter apologized then went away. The meal tasted like a tv dinner. The oatmeal and toast at breakfast were even worse. So sad, as it is the only restaurant nearby.
