Please call (after 2pm) to make reservations for parties over 8 guests, due to social distancing guidelines we can not accommodate parties over 10. For Parties over 5 we require a credit card to hold the reservation. Fee of $25 per person charged in cases of No-Show or cancellation with less than 24hrs notice.

Overpriced and the area we sat in felt like a conference room. Not good ambiance for a 60$ steak
Over priced for no good reason. You can get a better steak at Outback. In addition to the rediculous pricing for subpar food, the service was extremely slow. My family spent nearly $600 there and would've rather been at chick-fil-a.
This is our favorite steak house in the Cleveland area.
Great staff. Always great food. Prefer Red over any of the other higher end steakhouses.

We have been celebrating our anniversary which happens to be New Year’s Eve for over 10 yrs at Red. This year was our 20 yr and the first year they completely ignored our occasion. Food was still amazing service was okay.

Drinks were great. Food was good, except my medium steak came out rare. Had to send it back to get it up to temp.
Megan, our bartender, was great and very attentive. The other bartender seemed to rush the experience by clearing plates while we were still eating off it.

The atmosphere is great,and the food was outstanding !
Appetizers and side dishes wonderful. Main course overcooked. Martini ordered was like drinking whiskey neat. Server offered ice and citrus. Received ice after 40 minutes and never received citrus. Server said multiple times would be right back but never was (more like 20 minutes after each right back).
Excellent food and excellent service. Worth the price. If you’re looking for a quality steak dinner this is the place.
It was good but too over priced for me.covid has made it hard for resturants. I felt they did a good job with restrictions.

We’ve dined at Red The Steakhouse many times & the food & service are always spot on! My only complaint is for $62 I would have liked a few more pieces of the king crab! But overall our Christmas Eve dinner was fabulous!

Always a great meal at Red. Steaks were cooked to perfection, the crab legs were great and a new dessert giant cinnamon roll was to die for. Our server Chris is the best, very attentive and always right on.

It was my 55 Birthday. I was there with my wife. We enjoyed a great meal. I was disappointed by the size of the oysters. But the complimentary doughnuts were awesome! I have not had a bad experience at any of the Red The Steakhouse locations where I have dined.
