    Excellent service. Our server was respectful and courteous. The food was excellent and when it arrived, it was still hot and nicely presented. The ambiance was calming and well set up. I highly recommend it.

    We love the Red O. We brought some friends that never been to the Red O. They were impressed with the service and enjoyed the food and drinks. We come several times a month and always have a great time. The staff including the ladies at front are all fav.

    Red O is the place to go! I absolutely loved everything about this place. The service, the food, the attentiveness of the staff and management. The ambience and music selection. For the ladies who want a good selfie…the lighting is unmatched here. Do yourself a favor and go.

    We had an amazing dinner celebrating our 29th wedding anniversary. They made us feel so special! Edgar was our waiter and was one of the best we have ever had! Food was spectacular as well! Great ambience! Highly recommend! Cheers!

    Beautiful restaurant! Great and friendly service. The food was good, nothing spectacular. The drinks were great. Mid dinner, loud music began. It becomes more club-like than restaurant but it was still all good.

    Unfortunately this was our only poor experience at the restaurant. I came here with my family to celebrate a huge milestone for myself and we had a reservation and were seated pretty quick. Our server was attentive to us in the beginning but eventually just went MIA. I do feel like he prioritized the table next to us, which I’m not sure why because we were a larger party. Our food was excellent, no mistakes, but the server just didn’t come to check on us for a really long time, drinks were not refilled for the entire meal, etc. His assistant was absolutely excellent and anything I asked of him, he provided. I understand as a server that you can be busy especially on a Friday night, but not visiting your table for a half hour+ is pretty intense. Overall everything else was great, just have had much better service the other times we’ve visited. Thank you to the table assistants and other staff members.

    Unfortunately, the entrees had several errors. The lamb chops were overcooked and returned. Then, the lamb chops were brought to us raw. Our original server didn't check up to see how we were doing. Instead, another one checked up and realized we were given raw lamb chops. Thank you for making the evening better. We also received the wrong steak but the errors were overwhelming.

    When you arrive at 4:30 and the restaurant is mostly empty, we shouldn’t have to sit in an undesirable location, like right on the path that everyone travels to a table.

    It is a yummy restaurant! I love the Chilean Sea Bass and the streaks are excellent! 😋 Sometimes, it is a little dark. We use our flashlights to see the menus. It is for ambiance but I think I would like a candle at the table or a small light.
