   Shawna was our server- excellent and very attentive. Manager was super nice as well. Seems like they all work as a team, great experience!

   Great atmosphere, great food, excellent value for the money. I arrived early and was immediately seated. My waitress was very knowledgeable and helpful in making a meal selection. First class all the way.

   It's a Saturday night in Williamsburg, Va. I expected the place to be packed. It wasn't. There were so few servers, some people had to wait 45 min for a table in a nearly empty restaurant. Our server was overworked. I noticed a sign up front indicating the place wanted to hire a bar tender. Evidently there wasn't one. Our server said she was willing to learn how to make a martini for me. I decided on the unsweet tea. We were celebrating my wife's birthday. The meal was very good. Our server was overworked, too many tables. So service was slow. But I felt for her. I'd hate to work in a place like that!

   First time visiting this location. Food, service and staff at lunch were excellent! We'll be returning!

   First of all, we showed up and no one was at the front. After 5-10 minutes a rushed manager? Told us it’s a 20 minute wait, we were finally able to get a word in and say we had booked through open table and she stopped talking and got us a table. Bit weird, but I guess they were busy so we rolled with it. Our waiter was extremely friendly (tall gentleman with long hair) and did a fantastic job to try and provide good service, but it was obvious he was being pulled in many directions. Unfortunately the kitchen wasn’t helping him either. Our crab legs were overdone and literally the meat was rubber. We never send food back but had to. The crab legs that came out next the meat was of a mealy consistency and my fiancée said she couldn’t eat them due to the fishy smell. She loves crab legs so this was abnormal. We both had pretty bad stomach pain last night and early this morning and I’m hoping it’s not from the crab. The stuffed flounder entree tasted fine and had no complaints. Overall, not worth the $110 I spent, however props to the server for doing his best. I felt bad for the guy, many tables were complaining about the food.

    This was the first time my wife and I have eaten at the Red Lobster and we were delighted with the restaurant.
