This was the worst experience I might have ever had. The restaurant was dirty, service was incredibly slow, the police showed up for some reason and walked around, which left us feeling very unsettled, and the food was average. I would not recommend to anyone nor would I ever go back.

Slightly rude service. Waitress was combative about simple mistake. Felt rushed to leave at 8pm.

WOWza! We recently ate at the Wauwatosa location and we were blown away with a more wonderful experience than we could have ever imagined! Not only was the service delightful, the food was delicious. We both had the coconut shrimp and we had enough for a second meal the next day! What a great place to have dinner. We will absolutely be coming back!

Lobster tasted funny, texture was off completely. Lobster would literally fall apart as I picked it up. Server forgot our add ons. Asked for napkins and let’s say I went to the bathroom, washed my hands, finished eating and we still had no napkins that I asked for. What a shame. I really liked this red lobster but not after this experience.

My wife and I were looking forward to meal at this restaurant. I ordered the fish fry, and got one piece of fish that was so over cooked that it looked to be left over from last weeks cooking. My wife had shrimp and pasta dish and the shrimp were hard as if they were left in the microwave too long. Our server was very competent and friendly. with this episode we will not return in the future.

Arrived 10 minutes early to our reservation time at 4:45. The entire restaurant & bar were very empty, but we waited almost 5 minutes to be seated even though numerous employees walked past the host station & no one offered to find the host. Eventually seated in the empty restaurant - directly in front of the server station where we couldn’t even have a private conversation & had to deal with their conversations & backsides practically in our face the entire meal. Server was friendly but didn’t seem to fully know the menu preparation choices. Food & drinks were good. Later disappointed that the same missing hostess apparently cancelled my open table reservation instead of checking us in. Thankfully I sent an email to open table & they still gave me the points for keeping the reservation.

The waitress was horrible she spilled the salad dressings all over my husband clothes yes she apologized and that was it she didn’t offer water refills then when I’d catch her she’d bring what I asked but never offered anything the drink wasn’t good I couldn’t experience the all you could eat shrimp because my waitress was horrible my husband ordered the cod because he doesn’t eat seafood he received a piece of cod burnt and about maybe 15 fries Wasn’t worth it

I have noticed improvement at this restaurant. For a very long time, no matter when you got there, there was a wait for a table. Even at opening for the day when the tables were clearly empty. The explanation was the people hadn't shown up for work so there was no one to staff the empty tables. That hasn't happened in awhile. We hadn't been there since the remodel of the seating area. I don't like it. The tables and chairs are gone, replaced with booths. You can move the table and you can get in from either side for the booth seating, but it is still a booth. I prefer a table for 4 where we each have our own side of the table. Not two on one side and two on the other. That option is no longer available.
