Hostess was extremely rude and kept telling us different numbers ahead of us. Told me at 7:15 there were only 2 and at 7:45 said there were 5. Made a terrible impression at front door.
Waiter was awesome as was the food.

Food wasn't all that great. Server was very good despite the kitchen being very slow to what the waiter attributed to a "cook not showing up for work that day"

My family and I used OpenTable to make a reservation. When we arrived, the hostess informed us we needed to wait 30+ minutes. She said even though we had made reservations through OpenTable we were being put on the list like everyone else. If we had known that ahead of time, we wouldn't have gone there. After we were seated, it took more than 10 minutes for a waiter to come to our table and get our drink order. After that, it was downhill. I received the wrong salad and it took over 20 mins to get the correct one. Very disappointed. Not going back there. I just want to let everyone know this location will not honor your OpenTable reservations and the service is not worth the price.

We hadn't been to Red Lobster for awhile, but my wife had a hankering for crab legs,so we went. The crab legs and butter sauce were as good as we've ever had and more reasonable. I had lobster and fried shrimp which was ok. I do wish they would change their tartar sauce, kinda bitter or something.

Waiter was pleasant but service was slow for everything: drinks, sweetener, biscuits, etc. Lobster bisque was very salty and my wife’s coconut shrimp tasted like it was cooked in old oil. This is one of her favorite meals but even she thought it was inedible. We will not be back. The location at 1604 and 10 is better.

This restaurant does NOT ascribe to Open Table “reservations” at the chosen time. Rather the Open Table customer is placed on a “priority seating” list. Not my idea of reservations!!!!!
Low quality food.

After being om the priority list, we arrived 30 minutes ahead of time and we were told by the hostess we were second im line for a table. This was us checking in at 6:55pm for a party of four on a Saturday night. We waited and waited and waited. Other people that got there after we did were seated. A little over an hour goes by to still waiting.

My family and I at this point just got up and left. The party before us of 5 sat down, ate and they were bout to walk out when they saw us still standing there. The gentleman said they pulled the same wait time told verbally and it was no where near 20-30minute wait.

Clearly this hostess must be new and does not know what she was doing and dishonest. Sad thing is that the manager allowed her to be telling customers these false times as he kept checking up on her.

Clearly we will not be returning to this location again. Both the hostess and manager should not be working at this location or should be transferred to a location where its not as busy.

Good luck folks!

Restaurant was way understaffed but they handled themselves amazingly. Whomever scheduled no bus staff and only five servers on Christmas Eve is insane. Customers were rude when open table reservations were seated prior to them but the hostesses remained professional and polite regardless of the rude patrons. Those two hostesses put up with some pretty rude customers and I felt really bad for them.
Regardless of being short staff the service was great and again I applaud the employees for not mouthing off to some of their rude pat that night. I don’t think I could have handled it had I been in their shoes.

Food was good, as expected. Service was good - but seemed very rushed - not as relaxed as I would have preferred. But overall I love to take my family here for a fix ;)
