   Wow, had not eaten at a Red Lobster in fifteen years. Was very impressed. The food was much better than I remembered but the service was outstanding. They even pulled out one of the lobsters from the tank so my grandkids could touch it. Miguel gave such great service which is never easy with littles.

   The food and service was very good, the restaurant is a little bit dirty, like the lobsters aquarium and furniture, but nothing too bad.

   The waitress was very attentive to our needs. I felt sorry that she had to work on Christmas Day.

   Well checked in was told it’s be a 5minute wait. Not a lot of people there so understandable. After 45 minutes waiting was finally seated. Which was upsetting. Got to our table and for whatever reason the entire restaurant was hot. Like they didn’t have the AC on. We literally ordered our food which was delicious but ordered got our food. Got Togo boxes and left. Probably won’t go to this location again.

   the attention, service and charisma of the waitress Alejandra made a real difference. The restaurant was dirty and lacking maintenance, it worries me because I have been eating in this franchise for YEARS and that was not the impression I had, much less in COVID times.

    Wait staff too spread out - guy had too many tables so basic things were not done.
