   They did not get the order right they don’t have good choices for salad dressing anymore. The food was too salty and it was also not plated. Very nice at all. They have really gone downhill. It is such a shame. They don’t put their shrimp cocktail in the glasses anymore over ice it’s just thrown on a little dish and you’re given cocktail sauce. Very disappointing.

   So glad that Red Lobster was open on Christmas Day, great service and delicious food, was a great place to eat for Christmas!

   The male host/greeter opened the restroom door for me so I could enter it. And he fixed it so it remained open so I could exit as I use a wheelchair. Doors with automatic door closers are difficult to open and close for wheelers. Sometimes I get trapped in restrooms, having to wait for someone else to enter or leave.

   We made a reservation. And they told us we had to wait in line like everyone else. They told us we had to wait 40-60 minutes. We had a 6:30 reservation and they would not honor it. We even spoke to the manager and she wouldn’t honor it.

   Very disappointed that we were not seated when our reservation time was set for. Took an extra half hour to be seated and we had plans and a schedule to be out of town and this put us behind. Wasn't very happy

   “Filet Mignon” was not tenderloin... appeared to be sirloin filet with connective tissue through it making it unpleasant and not very tender... the lobster tail with Norway lobster and langostinos is obviously a marketing ploy to think you’re getting langoustines when in fact you’re getting langostino(much cheaper) and beurre Blanc was broken and had big chewy chunks of shallot... broccoli was over steamed with dark brown spots... bread rolls still good while hot. Wood fire grilling did add nice flavor.
