Red Lobster - Pineville
I placed my name on the “priority”seating and was told to arrive at 6:45pm. I arrived and checked in at 6:21pm. I was not seating until 7:10pm. When I inquired, I was told that I had priority seating however there were a few parties ahead of me. 15 parties were called ahead of me.
Good service and food. Noise level was up due to kids crying or screaming.
The food was just ok. The wait staff complained to each other about customers and serving customers. They were not professional.
Food was good. Service was good. We were happily seated by the window where we got some great sun. But unfortunately sitting near the window forced us to have to swat a couple flies.

I must say in the past I haven't had the best service here but today was pleasant, quiet, and tasty. A couple of forgotten items but they were quickly resolved with a friendly server. Will return!!
It's been several years since we have visited a Red Lobster restaurant. We were very disappointed in the quality of the food and level of service on this visit.
The staff was rude. The only person that was helpful was our waiter Tay. Food was cold along with long wait to even be seated . We were there for 2 hours before even being placed at a table.
It was a great experience. The wait was kind of long but we enjoyed ourselves anyway.
