It was not a reservation just call ahead seating had to wait 30 min for a seat! Advised manager who seemed not to care will not be back
Our waiter Ed was delightful. He was courteous and friendly. I also tried the Salmon bowl which was delicious.
Muy mal servicio de la mesera siempre estuvo molesta y grosera nunca recogió un plato y nos tomó la orden hasta que ella quiso y su actitud muy negativa
Our server was amazing! Such a great guy! Food was great!
I love this place but this time around the food had tasted like it had been sitting out all day. They usually get it right at this spot maybe it was just an off day.
Eduardo “Ed” was sooooo friendly and kind!! He took care of us extremely well and was an absolute joy. He definitely went above and beyond. We will definitely come back just to have him as our server and for the conversation.
The shrimp were good, the salad was ordinary, the people in our group who ordered the lobster dishes found them just ok, and the biscuits were wonderful. The server was pretty good and very pleasant and efficient.
This was a good Red Lobster. Hard to get good seafood in Kansas without it being so expensive. So this is a good option. Everything on the platter was good lobster was good crab legs were the best on the platter they weren’t mushy at all cooked well. No complaints at all
Advanced Priority Seating worked well using Open Table. It’s not really a reservation but we waited less than five minutes for a table. Our server was very good.. explained all the options for lobster fest. Entrees were well prepared. Busy weekend night and the noise level caused conversation to be spirited. Prices were as advertised.
It was a good evening at Red Lobster.
The manager (Lauren) was great under pressure. She got hit with the usual evening dinner rush. The restaurants was packed and people were upset and complaining about the wait time. My party had 9 and it was a mix up with the called ahead. Lauren did her best to accommodate us. Our wait time was 45 mins but it didn’t feel like it. We debated with Lobster in the tank was the biggest. LoL
The restaurant was busy so the service was a little slow. We were the only table our waitress had on this side of the restaurant. She had tables on the other side so our service wasn’t as great as if we were in view at all times but over all she did a good job. She was busy so it was understandable. Very nice and the food was wonderful!
Great evening! Our waiter was amazing, no rush, he was there for us!
Food service was extremely slow. Shrimp was served undercooked and the steak did not have a pleasant taste. Order also arrived at the table messed up but the waiter brought the correct dishes promptly.
Been there twice on 2 weeks. Both times it was freezing cold. Response was I think they will be getting that fixed on a week or so
When we arrived, we were seated in a half booth that was practically in the service station bar area We noticed that there were multiple empty booths available that weren't right in the service workstation, and asked for one of those booths. She took us back to the front where the lead hostess very RUDELY told us we would have to go to the end of the line and wait at least 15 minutes to be re-seated. (Again, we had reservations, and there were multiple empty booths). The whole reason we made the reservation was that we were on a tight timeline to make a movie, so we took the half booth. The waitress even called that location "dinner with a show!" And it was. We heard all the nasty comments the servers made about their customers, and a lot of in-fighting amongst the servers. After my husbands chair was bumped several times due to the heavy foot traffic, )he was literally seated in their main path) he had to move over and sit on the same side as me.
The crab was not nearly as good as in the past and took 2-3 requests to have them bring us some crab crackers. Several crab legs were so small, there was no meat at all.
Overall, the experience was bad. We probably will not return as we've noticed a significant gradual decline in food and service at this particular location.
My wife and I have eaten at this same Red Lobster for several years and we both feel that the quality of the food is slipping. On a previous visit I ordered raw oysters on the half shell and they were luke warm. Yikes! This past meal, the servers were very good, but it was very noisy and the food was just okay. For about 30% more expensive we could get a very fine seafood dinner at The Bristol, which is where we will go next time.
The ability to get in line, using the Open Table app was invaluable!
Not sure if they were having an off night or what. They were out of Boulevard beer, could not make a sea breeze, no salad so they substituted with a second helping of mashed potatoes, they were out of tomato mozzarella caprese, and lobster bisque was gloppy and cold, a gravy consistency. Service was slow. Sitting 10 minutes before someone arrived to take our drink order. Overall a poor experience.
Food and service was poor... They don't understand severe allergies either...
