Horrible it took us 2.5 hours in the restaurant with reservation 35 min wait the service was horrible. The waitress never paid attention to the instructions. No silverware was brought in time. Overall horrible experience very disappointed. But would like to give kudos to worker Raja who tried his level best to make the experience better but the waitress totally messed it up without any apologies.

Our server Cyndy was very friendly and helpful. Food was cooked to proper temperatures.

Our dining experience was fabulous. The food quality and portion were great. Our server was friendly and attentive. We felt comfortable and safe throughout our indoor dining experience because occupied tables were all appropriately socially distanced.

The service was great. The food was very good. The air conditioning was really too much and we were cold. I had to wear my jacket and thr food does not remain hot for too long.

This was probably the worst restaurant experience I've had in my life, from a service perspective. The restaurant was COMPLETELY empty, except for two other tables. Yet, our server was nowhere to be found. We ordered our drinks, he delivered them, then never came back to take our order. We had to flag down the server from the other table, she ordered our appetizer. We finished our appetizer, and he had still not come back to help us. Empty drinks, no rolls, no order placed. The other server, again, was happy to take our order when we asked, and she filled our drinks. Our server STILL never came back to check on us. One of us had "endless shrimp" but never had the opportunity to order more, since our server was missing. There was no host at the door, nor any manager on the floor to complain to. Thank GOD they have the automated kiosks on the table so we could pay the check and leave... else we would probably still be stuck there, two days later. AWFUL!

We where there for a early bird dinner. The service was what I expected from a red lobster waitress was slow and preoccupied with here cell phone. The food was assembled in the kitchen in a hurry. And brought out not by our waitress. Over all glad I only go there very little.
