Used to be one of my favorite restaurants, but haven't been there for a few years. So we came on my birthday and the food was good, but the service was not, and the prices had increased substantially. My shrimp cocktail was delicious, and the lobster tails were too. But the salad was soggy and I had to ask 3 times for something to put on my baked potato; finally my husband got some for me. We were given the wrong receipt at the end which was very confusing. Maybe just an off night.

Just not what it used to be. Waiter was good which is why I gave service a 2 instead of a 1. Took over an hour to get our food which was mediocre. It’s just not the Red Lobster it used to be.

Took forever to get food over an hour after being seated , hardly saw our server . Food came out after sitting under a warmer forever , just not a good experience .

Reservation time was worthless. I still had to wait for everyone to be seated before we were seated. I thought that when I reserve a time and get put on your waitlist and get priority seating. When I asked the hostess, she said OpenTable does nothing.

Arrived at the restaurant before our reservation or priority seating time & checked in. The "host" was rude and told me we don't do that. I told him I had a confirmation on my phone, he said don't bother, we don't work with them, but I can go ahead and get you seated. I'm not sure what his problem was. The server was very pleasant. Food was okay.
