Went an open table and was put on a waitlist for 630 watched how everyone behind us went I went up and asked if she have a correct number she said she did not see it at 8:05pm. Not enough servers no toilet paper and Ani stall in the ladies bathroom

Took forever for the waitress to even acknowledge us or get our drinks. If we needed anything it also took forever for her to comeback. I was also charged an extra 99 cents for my house salad when I just asked for a house salad.

My overall visit was a great experience. The only thing I had a issue with was that all of the silver provided for my guests were dirty. My waiter immediately gathered us clean silverware. Other than that everything else was exceptional.

We had a great dining experience. “Dill”, our waiter was excellent and we’ve been served by him in the past. He’s personable and very patient. He knows the menu inside and out and is attentive to our needs throughout the meal. Red Lobster, Madison TN is always SPOT ON!!
