We completely enjoyed our meal. The food was good, the restaurant was clean, bathrooms were clean. By far the best Red Lobster I have ever been to.

This location needs remodeled/maintenance badly. Had to wait for 10 min before even being acknowledged upon arrival and another 20 to be seated—even with being on the waitlist and arriving to a 25% full restaurant at 430pm on a Sunday. Our sever was exceptional and the only employee who engaged with us without acting like our presence was an imposition. Won’t be back anytime soon-I’ll make my own shrimp and buy the biscuit mix from Costco. So sad—used to LOVE this place!

Food was well prepared and very tasty. Not a lot of places to get a whole lobster dinner. The lobster was as tasty as anywhere near an ocean. Service was enthusiastic but lacking in manpower. Was disappointed that a previous table’s plates etc were left unbussed the entire time we were there. The manager walked by and ignored the mess!

Absolutely the worst service I have ever had at a restaurant. We waited 30 minutes just to get water and has our drink order taken 3 times during that time since the waiter kept losing or forgetting what we ordered. We had a toddler with us (for her birthday dinner along with her Grandfather's 80th) and asked to order food quickly and the waiter said he couldn't take a drink and food order at the same time. After the third effort to get our drink order taken (which was very basic) the waiter walked away in frustration and never came back. We had to get a manager just to get served. We are patient, kind people and never would be unkind to our server. This was just complete ineptitude, or understaffing, or??? Terrible experience and not great for what was intended to be a special celebration.

This might have been the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. This place will be lucky to be in business in the future. Got put on waitlist for 6:15. Was there early and still waited for over an hour to be seated. Went to the bar and spent $90 on drinks while everyone waiting in lobby was seated and even people that came in after me. Kept checking with hostess but was told that’s how it goes. Finally got seated with multiple empty tables all around. Food took another hour and came cold. Steak not cooked even close to the medium rare that was ordered, cold shrimp and baked potatoes. Sent back steak to be cooked more and came back 20 minutes later like a piece of gristle. 3 dinners and only one was ok. I feel sorry for the employees. Complained to manager and got 2/3 comped but not after a horrible evening for my daughter’s birthday. I will NEVER go back !!

Prices are way too high. They charge extra to have a salad as one of your sides. Then never did in the past. Server was terrible

Can't go wrong with good and service at the Lone Tree location. Megan our server was great and very personable and accounted our requests for lots of lemons vs melted butter!

Food was great, waiter was great. Had to wait 20 minutes even with a reservation and restaurant was only half full. Employees working check in were not friendly at all.
