Restaurant was nearly empty, but staff seemed to be really struggling (didn’t seem to be short staffed - they were just unresponsive/unaware of what they we’re supposed to be doing I guess?).
Very slow to be greeted, very slow to be seated (prebooked table and restaurant was empty), multiple waiters struggled to keep up with our table of 6 (all with waters and nearly the same meal). Was just an odd experience.
Restaurant also seemed dirty
This was a wonderful time with our Kansas City children. Jane was a great server and took good care of us! The food was great as usual.
I visited this location on June 15, 2021. I know we're still in COVID times and supply chains are a challenge for many restaurants. The food quality was poor, the portions for a dish I have ordered for years was smaller, the fish over breaded and over fried, yet the price was higher. The wait staff was adequate, but they could use more attention to their customers. Our waitress didn't notice she brought cold and stale coffee, and didn't observe there was no spoon to stir the coffee.
The Thursday lunch special with the jumbo shrimp was excellent. We went at 11:30 and it was pretty quite but became busier throughout the lunch hour.
Waited a long time, had 6:30 reservations, got seated at 7:15. Waited 35 minutes for undercooked food. Server was descent
The service was great, food was great and it was a nice atmosphere. The downside was that we made our reservations for 6:30pm arrived at 6:15pm. Before we told the hostess that we had reservations she was ready to serve us. Then we told her should would have to open the 6:30 reservation for someone else. She then said that we would have our table within 20 minutes.
We were told to wait outside. It was a little chilly & windy. We checked in 25 minutes later and was told not ready yet. But watched others, without reservations getting seated. Checked again and still had to wait. We were finally seated at 7:00pm. Which was 45 minutes after we were told at 6:15 it would be 20 minutes.
Do not join open table, change the name of reservation to "preferred seating" for guests to arrive and be told its an hour wait. In a pandemic. We did not stay and do not plan to go back.
I really enjoyed my night out at Red Lobster. Food was great and our waitress was really seat. I also felt safe eating out because of the pandemic.

Food was not good at all. The shrimp cocktail we ordered looked so bad we didn’t even eat it looked to be spoiled or sitting out, the color and smell of it was very off and unappetizing. Are waitress also lied to us about the cheddar bay biscuits said they were not ready and then 5 minutes later brought another table a bag to go theN told us they were still cooking and then said they were burnt as other tables were getting some.

I don't understand why there are open tables everywhere and they stagger letting people sit down and leave them backing up in the front. Waiter was fine, was training someone so he missed taking plates away on time. The Mardi graui drink was nothing but juice. No alcohol. The clam chowder was brought out with the meal, big no no. Place needs to get better
Food was not good, service was good, she was very sweet. The restaurant was also kinda dirty with napkins and trash on the ground. Prices were very high for flavor and value.
They claimed to have not received our reservation/call ahead. Staff was clearly overwhelmed. We left without being seated. I marked all ratings poor. I only know about the service because. I had to enter the other responses to advance.
Should probably have less availability on Open Table. The restaurant was running really behind. Told we’d wait 15 min, ended up being an hour. I checked open table while we were waiting and it said there was an open time in 20min, with a full lobby. There were a lot of unhappy customers because they had waited well past their quoted wait time. Service was slow and quality of food was poor. Sad to say we won’t be back.
My kids love going there for their birthdays. Our server was wonderful and the food was delicious!
It was very busy & despite having "priority" seating, we still waited about 30 minutes for a table. There were many empty tables, where no one was seated the entire time we waited. It seemed as if they did not have enough staff for a Saturday night. The food was good and came fairly quickly. The service was pretty good.
I don't normally write reviews but this was really bad. Put my name in an hour early, waited an hour past the original 20min wait they told me. Half the seats in the restaurant were empty. Hostess sat in a chair with her feet on the table catching attitudes with everybody. Finally got sat right by the door with all the angry customers who were waiting standing right next to my table arguing amongst each other. Waitress was very nice food was ok. Probably never be back to that location.
Still had to wait 30 min past reservation time . Lots of empty tables they have to help to take care of their customers
It was really slow
Service was extremely slow and the food was overcooked. Our server was great. She did not charge us for the appetizer because of the slowness and I tipped her appropriately.
Horrible service. Two of us had the unlimited shrimp that was the current promotion. Server rarely checked back and apparently the kitchen couldn’t keep up with the demand. We heard multiple tables complaining about not getting their reorders. Very disappointed.
The service and food were mediocre at best. Had to send back the snow crab since they were cold. Waited on drinks which was beer from the tap an excessive amount of time. The waiter, who wasn’t that attentive or friendly, said the bartender was very busy. What I guess he didn’t notice was that we were literally facing the bar and there wasn’t one person sitting there. We were there to celebrate my father’s birthday and it was extremely disappointing.
Food was sub par except for the rolls! Tools were on point! Service was awful we ordered appetizers that never showed up. Waitress never noticed. Of course we rarely saw her so that’s probably why....
My grand daughter is 6 years old and she always chooses Red lobster, if she gets to choose where we eat! We love the food and the service at LS Red Lobster! Our waitress, Kelley, always serves us quite well! We will be back soon!
Swell experience would comeback
Was very impressed at our recent visit. We had an excellent waitress who was very attentive and friendly. She had our needs met before we needed them! The food was delicious and very quick!
Food was not up to Red Lobster standards. Fish was overcooked, steak was tough. Worst Red Lobster meal ever!
The food was very good. Especially the Dragon Broccoli. But when the waitress says she'll be right back, we don't expect a 15 minute wait. I'm not sure whether this is her fault or management's for how they set up the wait staff.

The food is always very good at this location. The server was new within the last 2 weeks so the service was a little slow. I noticed he was trying to talk/make friends with his tables and spending a lot of time at the other tables. That was a little disappointing but certainly would not stop me from going to this restaurant as that will most likely change once he gets more used to the amount of time he needs to take at each table in order to keep all tables moving.

Food was a little overdone, tough, small portions for price.. My lobster bisque soup was more like a cheese dip. Our waitress was great though !
We had a party of 6 and there were clearly "red flags" from the moment we arrived. We had put our name on the list via OpenTable and understood it was not a reservation. Upon arrival, we were told it would be 15-20 minutes. No problem. After 30 minutes, we were asked how many kids menus we needed. We answered & were told our table was being set and they'd seat us very soon. After another 10 minutes, I asked if we were being seated soon. They said they were "giving our server a breather" and would seat us within 10 minutes. 45 minutes after arrival, we sat down at our table. In visible site there were 7 OPEN tables nearby. Red Flag #2 that our evening wasn't going to go well. Our server Harrison was trying his best & was the bright spot of the evening. Our food came out half compete. One meal was missing part of the food and the side dish. Another ordered the Crag Legs, and he was presented with 3 crab legs on a plate, with an apology from Harrison that "the kitchen ran out, and is making more but I wanted to bring you what I could." Another in our party had the steak & shrimp and her steak was beyond over-cooked and she found a red hair in her green beans. We did finally get more crab legs - 45 min later. It was hard to enjoy our evening considering we were always realizing something was missing or wrong. The manager came out and apologized, and did comp us for the crab legs and the steak which we appreciated. But I don't see how we will ever go back.
I'm not sure why Red Lobster is on OpenTable. Priority seating is not a thing at the restaurant. When we arrived, just a party of two, we were given the same wait time as walk-ins. It was silly.
We waited for over an hour and a half after even after call ahead seating. We were told the extended wait time was because we needed to wait for a table for 5. We were seated finally at a table for 4 and had to ask the manager for an additional chair to squeeze in. Food was mediocre. The crab legs had very little meat in them. Other than just a few those cracked open had nothing in them. Our server was very good, but spread very thin and tried her best to keep up. She was friendly and great!
Went there for my birthday and the service was great!
Waited 10 minutes before a serve came to take our drink order. Overall service was not good. The server was not organized.
