   What a terrible experience no one ever acknowledge, or set us down we waiting in the lobby for more than 10 minutes while people stared at us that work there

   Seafood is always a pleasure and Red Lobster fit the bill perfectly. And, they have finally come to their senses and started offering a few good drink options that don't break the budget.

   Loved out entrees. The Soy Salmon bowl was a delicious discovery. So healthy and blown away by the brussel sprouts. Always love your restaurant.

   We had an ultimate feast and the daily special, nothing else. In addition we had a gift card. It was my husband’s birthday so he wasn’t paying attention to the bill. Including the gift card we paid a total of $115. It wasn’t until we left that we realized the bill must’ve been wrong. He called the manager the next day and there was records of the bill only being somewhere between $60-65. He even remembered us and talked to us that night (this is the 49th straight year my husband has gone to red lobster for his birthday). We could not get a refund for some reason. I guess they don’t reconcile accounts or because we paid cash so there is no record of payment. They said they would send us a gift card, but have yet to get it.

   They never had my reservation or Was I put on any waiting list. The receptionist even told us that she wished open table wouldn’t do that. So my husband put us on a waiting list not sure why as there was nobody there. So we ask if we could wait at the bar with one person sitting there and we’re told she’d have to ask if the bartender was not too busy so we decided to wait in the entrance. We waited not very long but an other couple came in and we’re told the waiting was 25 minutes. Finally Our waitress told us they only had 3 servers that would maybe explain it. Food was very good so we will try it again but without Open Table.

   Even though call ahead seating was only available for this location through Open Table, I ended up only having to wait 15 extra minutes since they no longer accepted call ahead or reservations at all. Server Alisha was very accommodating and exceptional! Especially after I ended up dining single.

   Went with my family out of town and they told us they did not accept open table. The wait was 2 hours.

    Apparently this location does not use open table app. Wait was 28 minutes. Short staffed. Salads were not as ordered (ranch dressings not balsamic vinaigrette and Cesar). Butter for crab legs was solid, nor melted. Clam chowder was a thin broth.
