   Our Server Kathy is always great. She's very friendly, polite, and personable. Her service is always great! She is a real asset to the Restaurant. Food was great also.

   Our waitress was amazing and very understanding and helpful despite the restaurant being quite busy, but I had to send my food back twice (7oz. Sirloin) I asked for it to be cooked medium and both times it was rare. After I cut into the second one and found it was rare we sent it back and asked for the check. We had already had to wait an hour and a half to get our food after ordering so I was extremely hungry and irritated. Thankfully it was my steak was taken off of our check but the fact it was undercooked that badly twice was unacceptable.

   Kathy, our waitress as always was exceptional. She was busy with a lot of tables but managed everything like a pro! Always a pleasure with Kathy as our Server!

   Kathy our waitress is always fantastic! She cares about all of her customers and does an amazing job in serving them always! A pleasure to be seated in her section.

   Restaurant did not have enough personnel working. Excessively long wait times for food. No forewarning of delay, just asked to be patient since busy.

   Food was good but prices are always higher than I anticipate. I would order cocktails but the prices are also very high. Server did a good job being attentive and friendly

   Very disappointing. Ordered two lobster tails and they were not good. I can’t remember ever leaving lobster ion my plate but I did this time! $40 entree which was terrible. Best thing was the baked potato. Stuffed mushrooms were so garlicky, we couldn’t eat them. Cheddar Bay biscuits were under cooked. Service was VERY slow even though the restaurant was empty.

   This Red Lobster location is hit or miss. Our server was soooo slow. Drink refills and biscuits were served as we asked and our appetizer was delivered late because “someone” picked up the wrong order. What??? It is not always the cleanest but I go prepared with my sanitizing wipes. Many times I am cleaning food from the seat or even the back of the booth. I love the food and I love the few new menu items including the Endless Shrimp which is great for anyone with a big appetite and can’t decide what to order. I hope the Management Team takes some time to coach the staff so they are aware of these minor issues.

    Short on servers but we couldn’t tell. Kathy was outstanding - excellent server!!
