Upon entering the host seemed as if he’d rather be anywhere but there. I don’t even think he said anything to us. I went up to him and said we had reservations. We were there to celebrate my dad’s birthday which I had on my reservation. It was never acknowledged, which fine, not the biggest deal. We ordered drinks several minutes later our waitress came back and said that she couldn’t find the Pinot Grigio that they might be out, she took my backup order and said it might be a minute as they didn’t have a bartender. No bartender on a holiday weekend Saturday night!?!? Out food came out before we got our drinks!!! When we did get our drinks my wine was hot. Not one to complain I just added ice to it. It melted instantly. Ugh. We both had ordered baked potatoes. Both were way overcooked to the point where they were hard. Again I’m not a complainer, especially at a restaurant. The rest of the food was good. Good not great and certainly NOT worth the price. Speaking of price $12 for Pinot Grigio is ridiculous let alone a HOT PG!!! There are not prices on the beverages had I known, I actually would have complained about that. The restaurant is tired and seemed to be experiencing ac problems. It is in need of an overhaul honestly.

First of all… Twice now I gave used Open Table and when I get there, they don’t honor it. This time, they didn’t even know what I was talking about. They were understaffed , but we were not in a hurry and enjoyed sitting and relaxing and talking. Not all the food was hot, so we are those items first. Biscuits are the most delicious thing ever! We shared one of the big platters and it was plenty of food! We will definitely be back soon!

We have eaten at Red Lobster for years, but it seems to continuously go downhill:(. Our sever was so sweet, but our food took Forever to come out- not sure what the issue was. We got the scrumptious rolls quickly, but there were no plates - so apparently there were some dishwashing issues. It was also extremely warm in the restaurant, not the best atmosphere. We ate here since we could make a reservation for Father's Day and that was nice. Probably will not go back.

Our waitress was remarkable. Everything else was just okay. And we were there for over two hours. But our waitress was outstanding.

Our waitress Trista was absolutely amazing! She made sure we were well taken care of despite a very large party whose order was put in before ours. If you go, ask to be in her section- she’s amazing!

Server was new. Got our appetizer before drinks or had ordered. No silverware till after we got our salads. Food was very good. Drinks were good. Overall an okay experience.

I Tried to celebrate a surprise birthday and asked for a reserved table, they put us at a table near the kitchen, where everyone was passing by, asked to write happy birthday on the dessert plate and they did nothing... will never use this app again
