   We would have to give this zero stars, but I couldn’t leave a review with zeros. There was a sign in the door when we arrived that said closed until further notice. It has been for weeks . Then, Red Lobster…. Remove yourself from open table! Fortunately we were able to find somewhere else to eat fairly close by.

   Made a reservation on Open Table received a confirmation and showed up and the place was closed.

   We made the reservations through OpenTable. We signed in and where the very last to be seated because they didn’t really acknowledge the reservations to OpenTable for some reason.

   We were told they had no spoons to stir creamer and sugar into coffee, but yet ice cream was on the menu. Wait staff were complaining about their guests within ear-shot of other patrons. Had to ask our waitress each time for more refills with both the cheddar biscuits and water; waitress was quite inattentive. Other patrons (parties of 2) were complaining that they were told it would be a 15-20 for a table, and they had actually waited over one hour to be seated, when there were plenty of empty booths/tables, meaning their unexpected wait time was not necessary. Dine-in here at your own sanity risk. The food was good, the overall customer experience, not so much! We won't be back to this location. #SanityAndPatienceZapper

   Good service and we got right in with our open table reservation. The food was good, very pleasant experience.

   The waitress did not bring us drinks for about 15 minutes after we got our appetizers it was a long wait for service it was a long way for our food the food taste and appearance was not appealing and the waitress kept making excuses

    We waited for a server for 5 minutes. Nobody ever showed up so we left and ate elsewhere.
