Our experience was very disappointing. My husband and brother in-law ordered a lobster entree and lobster wasn’t cooked. The server brought a lady manager to the table. She just looked at the dish and left Eventually the replacement lobster came and it also wasn’t cooked. We assumed the kitchen staff didn’t know how to properly prepare lobster. We told our server and also required her help in removing the replacement lobster charge from our bill Our servicer was fine and we appreciated her help. The lady manager left something to be desired maybe she had seen too many uncooked lobsters. Needless to say we won’t be coming back for awhile
Microwaved food that was cringe worthy!
The garlic biscuits are great, but the foot is mediocre at best. My son was excited to try the nashville hot shrimp but was really disappointed as there was very little flavor. For the price, the fried shrimp needs to be better than Long John Silver's. It isn't.
Poor customer service. Waitress was not having a good night apparently. It took 10 minutes before we had drinks and then had a foreign object in glass. Asked about colossal shrimp and only comment was we are out! Asked if they were still serving biscuits and were told they would bring out until salads were served. Orders broccoli as a side and it was the worst ever taste wise. We have dined here several times and this was by far the worst. Typically a manager stops by to see how service is going, not tonight! We watched several waiters walk past two dinner napkins on the floor as they entered kitchen area. When we left, there were at least 10 tables open and 20 customers waiting in the lobby, obviously they were short on help.
Service was a little slow. Waitress blamed a bar backup. Seating was relatively quick. Service other than drinks was quick. Food was accurate. Table of 4 and everyone was pleased. My shrimp was over cooked but the rest of the dish was good.
We were seated quickly. The service was great as was the food also.
I got the wrong food at first but they did a good job of quickly getting me what I ordered. Overall good experience.
Good experience and meals were good as always.
We must have had a new waitress as our server. We kept asking for biscuits to be brought to our table and the biscuits finally was brought to the table when we were almost done with our meal! Other than that the meal was great!
It was a great experience with our servers, they were super sweet and helpful. We enjoyed every minute and food was very delish!
The bar harbor is the best dish that they have however the presentation comes in a covered plate that looks like it came from a Nursing Home. Stop changing around the scallops. It is a good dish .

My nieces enjoyed first lobster tail. Crab legs were good. Shrimp scampi was over cooked. Drinks were good
We were seated right away at our table, but it was at least 15 minutes before anyone came to the table to wait on us. Once we were waited on, we ordered the endless shrimp. The servers were very confused all evening, continually tried to bring us things we didn't order, at one point we waited so long for our food, we just took what they brought us, but it wasn't right. We didn't make any modifications to the orders, but things were modified, probably meant for someone else. After all these years of doing endless shrimp, you would think they have it down by now, but that wasn't the case this time. We will probably just order the pick two from now on.
