The manager was super rude. She cancelled the reservation so I couldn’t get my open-table points and wouldn’t let me fix it. Luckily open table helped. She also tried to overcharge me on the lobster! The waitress was super nice though. She made one error and i pointed it out but the manager couldn’t be bothered and told the waitress she was right to overcharge. Luckily another employee helped her out after we pointed out that lobster with an entree is different then a la cart. the waitress was new and very gracious about the mistake.

Food was as expected, good for the money and we love the biscuits! For Open Table, we did a “reservation” in advance that was apparently like “call ahead”. However, when we arrived and checked in, they merely added us to the 30-minute wait, just like the couple in front of us with no”reservation “. So, don’t bother with Open Table for this, as it was no help with our wait time. Wish we had known, as we would have arrived earlier.

I made a reservation and arrived on time. We were seated quickly evevthough it was really busy. We were seated in a booth that was well lighted, nice amount of coolness from air conditioner, and not very noisy. Our server was really prompt, friendly and professional. Our food arrived promptly and well spaced between bread, apetizer, and main course. The food was delicious. I would definitely return to this location to eat. The only thing I felt could have improved was adding more seating for patrons waiting for tables. My wife and I gave our seats to two elderly females who had a longer waiting period.

Lobster bisque, clam chowder, salad, Walt’s shrimp, and salmon were very good. Scallops and lobster tail were not warm enough and just okay. Shrimp scampi was hot, but decided it’s not my preference. If I did it again I would have more Walt’s shrimp!

The waitress was very nice, but new. She was struggling. And I felt as though I needed to help her understand what to do as a waitress for her job. There was a manager on duty but not all that helpful. We had a couple challenges with the menu because the waitress was new and the manager was just a little or no help. We also used, or tried to use our OpenTable credit Boucher and the manager had never heard of it and did not know what I was talking about at all! She did go ahead and gave me $10 off but she had no clue what I was talking about when I showed her credit. It was a long and painful meal.

The prices of the Red Lobster continue to climb, unfortunately at a higher rate than other restaurants. Our waitress was fantastic - a 10 plus. The quality of the food has not risen along with the rising prices.

The hostesses were overwhelmed most likely due to the fact that there was only one of them at the front at a time. Because of this they were rude and quoting completely inaccurate wait times. She told me 10 minutes and I ended up waiting 35. Food was okay. My steak came out cooked wrong. Server was nice.

Ordered the Salmon New Orleans. Fish was very under cooked and vegetables appeared to have been sitting under a warmer way too long. They were dried up and unappealing. Server never offered to refill our drinks. I had two biscuits for my New Years Eve dinner. Server offered to take the meal off my bill and I should have taken her up on it. Just wish I’d had a decent meal to go with the occasion. Won’t be back.

Restaurant was a bit dirty, silverware extremely worn, floors weren't swept, some lights were flickering and just an overall average/below average experience. The service was just ok, we had to continually ask for refills and had no silverware to start out while our apps were being delivered. Just restaurant 101 stuff that isn't being taken into account. Food was just ok, not bad but not good either. It is amazing how far Red Lobster has taken a dive in the past 5 years, expect more from your staff on how they represent the brand and the restaurant. Not sure the next time i will try this again.

The service was great. Jessica was an excellent waitress. It was so weird though, there were many empty tables yet so many people waiting to be seated. Seemed to be plenty of servers, but I felt bad for all the people waiting. Food was great as always.
