I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience at this restaurant. Despite making a reservation well in advance, they clearly overbooked and showed no respect for our time. We waited far past our reservation time with no communication or apology from the staff. When we inquired about the delay, the staff was rude and dismissive, making us feel like we were inconveniencing them rather than valued customers. The lack of professionalism and courtesy was shocking. It’s one thing to be busy, but treating customers with disrespect is unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant dining experience—there are far better places to spend your time and money.

Food was poor. Salads were wilted and over dressed. Restaurant was dirty and unkept. Makes you worry about the kitchen. Reception desk was inattentive and on phone without regard to customers waiting for service. Our server was good and hustled but had too many tables which led to slow service and inability to respond to simple asks like a request for ketchup. Restaurant needs new management or needs to close.

I know Red Lobster is a large chain but I have to say the food here was probably the best of any Red Lobster I have been to. I am new to the area so this is my first time at this location. I will definitely come back for the food. I wish the service was better. I have to say in my observation I saw a lot of servers on cell phones and in corner conversations knowing the customer is waiting. When we arrived the greeter actually told us it would be about 5 minutes until she could help us. We had already called ahead so I thought it was weird. Then she actually turned around and continued a personal conversation with 2 other staff members RIGHT IN FRONT OF US. We could clearly hear everything they were saying as we stood at the reception counter. She then told us we could have a seat "over there" because we were clearly interrupting their conversation. Once we got a table it was just slow for everything. I did get a drink from the bar (Long Island) and no matter what I tried it was terrible and I couldn't drink it. It had the flavor of weak lemonade mixed 50/50 with straight gin. When I told the waiter he was clearly annoyed. I even offered to pay for half of it. He did finally take it off the bill. I still recommend this location since the food was fantastic. Maybe it was just a bad service day.

We had a good time and as usual the food was delicious. However I did request priority seating and we ended up by the bathroom I would have thought we could have been seated better. The waitress was attentive and very nice.
