13th Birthday Dinner for my daughter. I wasn’t aware salads were no longer offered with the entree. Also the establishment was limited on supplies such as straws as they were out of them. I don’t think they read the note on the reservation as they didn’t acknowledge my daughters birthday this we made arrangements to go across the street to the Cheesecake Factory to get dessert for her for her birthday.
Our waitress Jordan was amazing, very friendly, knowledgable, and attentive to our dining experience. Thanks for a great family night out! we will be back.

While our server was sweet, she messed up the order a few times and was slow to respond or freshen drinks. I’m guessing she was newer so I’m willing to extend grace there because she really did seem apologetic and offered to comp some items. What really ticks me though is the restaurant indicating to Open Table that we were a no show when we were in fact there.
Booked a reservation with Open Table for 6:30. Arrived at 6:20 and was told it would be a 20 minute wait. Was told by manager they don’t have Open Table. At least 15 dirty tables in the restaurant not being cleaned. No one cleaning tables. Waiting area full of customers waiting to be seated. We were told that “Red Lobster changed there policy and don’t have people in charge of cleaning tables, it was the Host job and they don’t like to clean tables”. So the long wait we, and other customers had, was completely unnecessary. An hour later we were notified our table was ready. Luckily, a server, cleaned a table and seated us sooner. The manager of this particular Red Lobster needs much more training.
My husband didn’t notice at the time, but our debit card wasn’t returned, and now we’ve incurred $750 from fraudulent charges. Wish the restaurant did a background check of the people.
It was pleasant. A little long to get our table, but staff was friendly. Waitress had a good positivity about her. Left feeling full and happy.
Food was surprisingly great. The steaks were cooked to perfection and the seafood weren’t dried or overcooked. Our server was also great, but I could tell they were short-handed. The manager was bussing tables and the server was also running the food, takes orders, clean the tables, and refill the drinks. She tried her best, but the management did not put her on the best situation to succeed.
Had a great time and our server made it better.
Great food and very good service overall once seated. Endless shrimp was a delight.
Having two cooks quit on a holiday weekend isn't a good look. Waited for an hour for biscuits, food came after 2 hours. Had to take it all to go. Poor server got blindsided by it.
The broccoli was spoiled, but the rest of food was fantastic!
I've been to several Red Lobsters, but this one had the BEST, BEST, biscuits ever! Just made, melted in my mouth! They have a great special from Monday to Thursday! So much food. The only problem was the tea. The server gave me regular tea on top of my raspberry tea and brought me the raspberry to do it my self. I could never do it right :). But still, loved the food and the place.
We had a gift certificate, so the price was excellent. Otherwise, we would have paid $81 for 2 iced teas, 2 entrees, and the tip... no appetizers, drinks, or dessert.... hence the "fair" ranking on Value
We took my mother-in-law out for her birthday. It was Lobsterfest time so we all got a lobster dish. Flavor was good but of course the food received looked different from the pictures. The lobster tails were not quite as large as indicated. Service was good. Not crazy about the spotlight in the ceiling above our table. Like I was under interrogation, like you see in movies.

I hadn't eaten at Red Lobster in a while so I decided to try this one for a monthly lunch date with a friend. It was a great choice. The restaurant was warm and inviting without the typical rushed atmosphere. The food was very good and the service provided by Brady was excellent. We will definitely go here again.
