   I made an 8 pm appointment and got there only to be told the wait time is 1.5 hrs - 2 hrs. What’s the point of making appointment if we have to wait? It wasn’t just a regular dining either, we went there to celebrate a birthday. The guy lining up behind me came back to cancel his waitlist cause it is taking more than it should. And another guy behind him who was using the bathroom said they didn’t just mess up his order, it’s the entire food! We were starving!!! I made an appointment to be seated and eat right away as soon as we get there, not wait that long, I understand if it’s about 30 mins wait, but really? 1.5-2 hrs wait? Ridiculous! This place should be shutdown. We ended up eating at another restaurant.

   The was a lot better than it has been in the past, and went right after work! I think there is NEWER management, and that is a good thing because that location very very popular. Our waitress was off the charts! So friendly and engaging, and she really took the time to understand our needs, and I loved her! We left an extra tip "AND" told the manager about the experience, as well as the waitress!! Thank you TOYE for making our dinner an extra special DELICIOUS!!

   They know nothing about open table! They said we don’t accept reservations. Waitress was not in a good mood. Only came back one time . We could not get her attention for more napkins, more tea. We have always had exceptional service at this restaurant, but not this time!

   Tara was the best server! She made our experience very pleasurable. We had not visited Red Lobster in a long time and because of her we will certainly visit again!

    I was on a business trip to Durham and the Red Lobster was a short distance from my hotel. I went early to avoid the crowds. The food and the service were excellent. The seafood sampler platter was very tasty, and perfectly cooked.
