Red Lobster - Chesterfield
Waited for more than an hour for a table then the service was terrible. Not the waiters fault, but they were so slow. Food was not very good. I highly recommend going elsewhere.

Their Protocols to protect the customers and servers have been one of the best We have experience and we will be back. The food was delicious and the server did a great job with everything from the time we arrived to the time we paid. My compliments to the entire Red Lobster team thank you for helping to keep us safe
Took over et minutes from order to getting our meal. Restaurant not that busy.
My meal was awesome it the best I have had there in a long time. Its a shame they can't have more open tables

The only issue I had was we had to wait outside in the rain for our table. They need to add covered seating outside for customers. Other than that, the food was good as was our waiter.
We LOVE Red Lobster, however this visit was a bust. My daughter ordered Lobster Linguini and when it came the noodles were swimming in butter and the lobster was rubbery with an after taste. I tried it and it was truly inedible. I spoke to the waitress who wanted to box it—we told her it was inedible. She shrugged and walked off. We are Platinum members. I wasn’t trying to get a free meal—I spoke to the manager and he was also uncaring. We left and vowed never to return to that Red Lobster ever again!!

The service from front door seating, wait list management, bartender and waitress were all excellent. About 15 minutes in to sitting down, a smell occurred that was similar to fish that had gone bad. It dissipated after about 20 minutes. The food was quite disappointing. The clam chowder was thin and tasteless and the shrimp alfredo was so salty it was almost inedible. The shrimp skewers and crab legs were fine. It seemed no one in the kitchen was doing a quality check.

Very good but calk ahead was no help with the wait which was 35 minutes. They werent honest either. Kept saying we would be seated very soon
Our server Michael was very friendly and seemed happed to be helping us. It was a great time. A tad noisy, but it was busy. Great food and it arrived very fast!
Red Lobster is always a great place to dine for seafood. They have a large variety of items, not all seafood, at reasonable prices. Quality and quantity of items is consistent. Service is appropriate; professional and not pushy. Not rushed to eat and get out.

We used the priority seating option and I will say I'm wasn't impressed. The hostess told us when we check in that it would be 5 minutes for a table and it was thirty minutes. It was around 6:00 PM on a Saturday so yes, it was busy, but it was a little disturbing when people off the street would walk in and get seated before we were. The food was good, but Red Lobster has significantly raised their prices and for the price we paid I expect a little better service. The waiter talked was not friendly and was slow to fill drinks and was not very courteous. At the ed he said you can pay me or pay on the computer screen on the table. " I don't really care", was his remark. Obviously he didn't care it showed in the service. We don't have a lot of options for seafood in St. Louis so I still need my Red Lobster fix once in a while, but my expectations are a lot lower.
Restaurant was very busy, but to be expected with the all you can eat shrimp promotion. Food was very good and service was outstanding! We will be back.
It was good. I feel like Red Lobster is a good seafood choice especially in the Midwest. The server was ok. Didn’t tell us about specials and in this case I would have wanted it. The food came out all at once. Petty things.
We went on the wrong ate as I made a masked of not looking at the date when i booked. My husband asked the girl up front if they can just put us on the list anyway. They asked is we can wait 35 minutes. We agreed. When we were seated, our sever was Ok...he tried his best despite the rush rush. We were served well and he is not obstructive at all. We left on a good note and we gave him the maximum tip suggestion.

The wait for our table was very short. Our server was attentive. The food was tasty, good quality and portions, with many options from which to choose on the menu. The biscuits are great!
Had a reservation and still took 30 minutes to be seated. Hostess said system automatically puts you at the bottom at reservation time and she has to manually override it. Food was not up to my past experiences with Red Lobster. Place was disorganized and they ran out of menus.
Crab legs were frozen when served.

The biscuits are why we go. I quickly remembered why I don’t care for Red Lobster. Food is low quality. Lobster was over cooked. Hardly any meat in the crab legs. Disappointing again.
