Red Door Woodfired Grill - Liberty
I’ve been to better and will probably not return.
Staff did a great job from the moment we entered Red Door. They had masks on and led us to our table with least contact or nearness to others. Staff was still adjusting to talking louder with mask but did so and checked on us often. Food came in timely manner.
I liked the idea of using my phone for menu, made sense. We were all in new terrritory and it came off very well. Great job!!!!!
Great American Comfort Food
Great to be Back
I'm so glad they are back open. The food was awesome (wood grilled salmon and Caesar salad). Service was impeccable as always.
Wish they would have advertised the reduced menu. Was really looking forward to eating here as it was my first time. And was not able to use my gift card. Just kind of a let down.
Our first venture out for dinner since restrictions were lifted. They did a nice job with everything and appeared to really be trying to keep everyone safe.
Food was good. Service was great. I loved our waitress. I'm happy that brunch is open again.
This was a pleasant surprise. It was our first time and we enjoyed the ambiance. We had the calamari for an appetizer. It was amazing!!! My husband and I both thought it was one of the best appetizers we'd had in a long time. I had the wedge salad which was a tasty treat as well. My husband had the jalapeno fried chicken and said it was good. Friendly service too! We plan to make this a regular stop. Would highly recommend it.
Food was great and service was exceptional
We’ve been to Red Door many times for dinner and wanted to try their brunch. It was good, but nothing to rave about! The service was standard and our particular server was very attentive.
We came for the jalapeno fried chicken, as it was a Thursday special. The skin of the chicken was burned and you couldn't taste any jalapeno in it? The fried pickles were also over done, therefore you couldn't taste much of anything other than burned. We were super sad, as we were so excited to try it all.
Also - the parking is terrible. It was a neat place overall on the inside once we walked there.
We had a reservation for two. I would have liked to have been set at a booth or a table against a wall, and there were plenty of tables available when we arrived, but we weren’t asked. (I didn’t asked to be moved, either, quite honestly.) Our server couldn’t have been more accommodating, knowledgable or friendly (Sam). She was perfect. My husband had the sirloin. It arrived barely warm, and the more it cooled, the tougher it got. My impossible burger was good because it was an impossible burger, but there wasn’t much else to the sandwich. The fries were good when they first came out, but quite rubbery once they cooled off. The cornbread, though... YUM!!!
We’ve had this experience at this restaurant before. They’ve worked on the service, thankfully, but most of the food is a bit ho-hum for the prices.
We really wanted to enjoy the fried chicken event!!!! Our server Steve was great too!!!!!
Our waiter Cody was awesome. The food was superb but most of all that pecan pie was the best that we had ever had. Oh and make sure you do the happy hour specials from 3-6. I highly recommend the Killer Calamari. And the drinks are on point too.
Food was delicious. Service was great! Carrot Cake is amazing! Atmosphere is fun and casual.
Very busy but server and on her game. The food was exceptional, we will definitely return after a wait to try it. Very happy with our experience. Thank you for this establishment.
Loved the food, but a bit pricey. My only complaint is the seating. The high top tables are so high I really needed a step stool to get into the seat. My legs were numb after dinner.
The highlight of the experience was definitely the food. The value and quality were outstanding.
We had reservations and only waited about 10 minutes to get our table..they texted us when it was ready. Parking was tough as the lot was full. Food was good, prices ok. We will go back. The beinets were delicious!
Same server as last time. Love her! I felt drinks were pretty pricey. I did not like sitting in the back area where I couldn’t see the rest of the restaurant. Food was delicious!
Came early at 4:00 so they were not busy. A calamity of errors.
Blue cheese dressing was runny ranch tasting dressing with no blue cheese in it. Even after waiter tried to correct it, came out the same. I’ve had really good dressing there before so don’t know ...
Wrong dish came out for husband quickly corrected. Steak really good but mashed potatoes had obviously been sitting there on the plate a while.
My salmon was raw, they replaced it with a cooked one that was good after bringing it to their attention. Mashed potatoes were obviously plated way ahead and were hard on the surface and cool.
Waiter went out of his way to correct things. Assuming manager (or owner- not sure) came over with correct plate for husband asked about things. When told -argued about the mashed potatoes-argued. Never came back when all dishes served second time.
They comped the salmon and we appreciated that. Second time we’ve made reservations and we’re excited to eat there only to be disappointed.
We are not picky people and don’t like to give bad reviews. We understand things can go wrong and it was Valentines weekend -day after. Again not busy in the restaurant so maybe just a rough recovery from Valentines night before but these were a comedy of continuous errors.
Pay attention to your food and make sure there is not something in it that does not belong: It was pretty busy Saturday lunchtime crowd, I had a reservation and we were seated right away. Our waitress was friendly and greeted us right away. She too our drink order and it seemed like quite a bit of time passed before she brought our drinks. Long story short the food was delivered - I asked for extra butter she brought me a small container with butter in it and as I was using my knife to get some butter out I noticed something strange in the butter dish, it looked like a claw off of some kind of shell fish it really made me feel kind of ill. I told the manager she said it was a red pepper they did not even give me a small discount for the foreign object that was in my butter. I thought they should have compensated us for part of the lunch.
This is my new favorite restaurant! Kind service, great atmosphere and even better food to try! Can’t wait to go back and try more.
Coconut shrimp tasted more like fried shrimp. But the Cajun pasta and burgers were some of the best we have had. Would recommend to anyone wanting a great meal in a pub like setting.
Order delivered over cooked. Seated outside cold then hot. I will not return.
They were very busy because of Valentine's Day but everything was excellent. Everyone should try the wings!
Valentine’s menu was very reasonably priced! The steak was amazing. The service was fast and excellent!
Excellent food and atmosphere; service was top-notch
Reservation was honored promptly but service at table was erratic. Slow delivery of drinks, taking of food orders, and delivery of drinks. Everyone, yes everyone was friendly. Even managers regularly pitch in to help servers. One must appreciate their teamwork. Food selection and preparation was excellent and consistent
It was our first visit and it seemed they were still dealing with the newness of the operation. Regardless, our service was good. We appreciated that the noise level was very tolerable. Food was good, but we had to send our burgers back. We ordered medium well, but the burgers arrived medium. We will give them another visit in the near future.
Its a great place to eat. The high top tables and chairs are uncomfortable
The food is delicious but was very noisy on a Friday night to where we could barely hear the waitress which caused a lot of frustration. We will try it again on a weeknight.
The hostess and waitress were fantastic to work with. We chose he happy hour Cabernet wine and it was very good. Our appetizers were calamari and fried pickles. Both appetizers were very good. Our group had the prime rib (excellent) and other had the wedge (the onions made this unique), and the coconut shrimp (very good). We had a wonderful evening and a great meal. We will certainly to again.
My friend and I ate here during the super bowl rally at union station. It was such a fun atmosphere to watch the rally. The food was good, drinks are amazing.
This Red Door has a really good Manager and we have felt she is very competent every time we visit there. The food is very good and this time our server was just perfect as well. Red Door is doing a great job with the service all the way around.
Good food. Order was confused and we were shorted items. The prices were high. $14 for a salad with chicken. Manager made it up to us by sending out new order.
We had a Rotary Social on the Patio first and then stayed for dinner. the Patio was very warm and good choice for events even in the winter. 8 of us stayed for dinner. Service and food was great. Staff was super friendly and attentive.
We were promptly greeted and seated. Initially, service was a bit slow due to, I think, a bit of confusion regarding waitstaff assignments. However, once that was settled, service was very good, and they comped our dessert due to the initial slow service. I had the fish and chips, and it was tasty and well-prepared. My wife had the chicken enchiladas. That dish is a house speciality and was great. We’ll be back!
I would skip the brunch. Breakfast food seemed undercooked (doughy pancakes and waffles), eggs seemed undercooked. Bacon was fatty and chewy. Woodfired grilled half chicken was okay, but I have had better. Overall, not worth to spend $60 on lunch for 4. Service was good. Food was not so great. I doubt we will be back to this place.
