We had a great time and the servers were awesome. No matter if was their table they cleared dishes, offered to take our picture and food came from promptly. Enjoyed out evening and dinner/drinks

Employee table in our section got preferential treatment, they were incredibly loud, smoking their vape at the table and sharing it around, 9 people seated at a 4 top, at one point one of the young men almost jumped onto my fiancé because he was excited from the football game. Unacceptable behavior all around, having over a decade of service industry experience, it’s paramount staff off the clock are mindful of their presence around guests - which was certainly not the case. Management should do better to set expectations with staff to ensure the guest experience is not disrupted because everyone wants to hang out and get drunk after their shift. Will not be back to this location, not the first time we have witnessed the employees behaving this way.

Love Red Door Grill. We can always count on having a good meal there. We love the wings and pretzel bites to start. Last night, I had a good seasonal cocktail. I think it was called something like Mistletoe Punch. Vodka and cranberry base. We also had the chimichurri salmon salad that was quite tasty.

We were at Red Door for a business meeting and it was a great experience. The steak egg rolls were our favorite! We also enjoyed the KC strip and fries and the salads. The drinks are always great as well! The atmosphere is fun, but you can still have conversations. The server was very friendly and great at his job.

Cauliflower appetizer was delicious. The cranberry margarita hit the spot for a festive twist around the holiday. All our food was good but main dishes could have been warmer when served.

I liked Red Door. I did not like the chicken tenders at all last night. I don't know what the breading was but not good. Our server, however, was great. Without my asking he got me a grilled chicken breast. Maybe it was a bad night, but I have been a few times before this and will go again--just not for the chicken tenders.

My friend and I both ordered burgers and asked that they be cooked ‘medium’…‘pink’ but not ‘bloody’. My burger was very well done (tough) and my friends was very pink, the bun had the texture of wonder bread (too soft and squishy), and the sweet potato fries had great flavor but were really greasy. Not the quality I had hoped for.

I made a reservation in advance for a birthday. When we arrived it seemed like our seating selection was an afterthought as we were put in a high top in the corner against the wall. There were other, better tables available which we passed. The food was okay. Not bad, not great. It was busy, but not so busy that I couldn't get a refill when my drink was completely empty and there were 4 managers standing around, as well as our server who was in view. No glasses etc. were cleared from our table when new ones were brought, making it crowded as it was a hightop and there were also condiments on the table. I've had great experiences in the past, but this wasn't one of them.

Had the prime rib dip sandwich this time and it was delicious! We shared the cookie bake dessert so obviously we had a sweet tooth, but it had SO much sugar that we only eat a few bites. Appreciated that I could replace fries with any side. The restaurant is really loud and echoing but comfortable. It’s a nice place to eat.

I have been coming to this location for many years, the service is either good or so-so. Today was an excellent day. I had a special request for the steak to be cut and prepared a certain way. Today my request came out perfect, maybe it's because they moved the lovely manager from the Leawood location, lol.

I ordered the spiced sirloin and asked to replace the mashed potatoes with extra asparagus and mushrooms. The steak was super small and overcooked. My guess is it was around 4 Oz and they did not give extra asparagus and mushrooms to replace the mashed potatoes. I also asked for extra butter and I had to ask for it 4 times before I finally got it in which I was already half done with my small meal before I got it. This is the only bad experience I’ve had at RD. Very disappointed is the meal size.

Food superb as usual! Server Tim was terrific. Back patio in Brookside is awesome and a super draw... but flies were terrible. Not complaining, just fyi in case you can do anything about it. Keep up the terrific work!! appreciate y'all

We had not eaten at Red Door for a long time. We had drinks and appetizers and most of us had the prime rib which was excellent. The service was excellent. We all said we would go again.
