Everything was so delicious! It was hard for us to decide how to order (several small plates to share? Some pastas? A steak to share?). You can’t go wrong any way you do it. We loved the roasted bone marrow and endive salad to start. The taglioni pasta with blue crab and the aged NY strip were incredible. And the sides! We loved the roasted carrots and broccolini. They were simple but perfect. The lovely cocktails and extensive wine list are also great, particularly if you want to try Italian varietals. We went on a Monday and you would have thought it was Saturday night. The noise level is a bit loud, but it is a fun atmosphere. Excellent service, excellent food. Hope to make it back soon!

The drinks were great, we sat at the bar and the bartenders were very knowledgable about the menu, very attentive and knew their drinks! The food was excellent. The steak was requested as medium rare and it was perfect.

We sat at the bar and our server was Kevin - he was perfect! Kevin was professional, knowledgable, helpful but also super chill and really enhanced our experience. Our drinks were delicious, the red snapper crudo app was beautiful, generous and tasty. We split the green/white pasta with blue crab for our main - it was a generous serving of pasta and crab but it was not a love match for me. The dish was way too oily/buttery which I thought created a one note flavor. Kevin offered us free dessert to celebrate our anniversary which was a delightful surprise. My partner ordered the doughnuts for dessert and the truth is that I don't eat doughnuts. But in the spirit of dining I tasted our doughnut dessert and I was wowed - they were amazing!!! Despite my disappointment with the blue crab pasta I look forward to the next opportunity to dine at Red Ash Italia and would recommend that others treat themselves to this lovely restaurant experience.

Our server Christina was amazing! She answered all the questions we had. It was our first time in and my husband and I were celebrating our one year. She was knowledgeable, personable, and attentive. Then comes the food, which was amazing! We got the bone marrow for an appetizer followed by the lobster pasta (the pasta and the lobster were some of the best we’ve had) and topped it off with the gianduka cake and the affogato for dessert. Everything was 10/10 service, food and atmosphere. We will be back and we will rave about our experience to others! A big thank you to the staff for making us feel special with the card signed by the whole staff to help celebrate our 1 year anniversary!

This used to be an amazing restaurant. Not anymore. Have had repeated negative experiences with the food just not being close to pre-fire quality.

I wanted to surprise my wife with a note saying we are heading to Rome and the staffed helped with a letter that came out during our appetizers.
