Rebel Restaurant and Bar is definitely one of the best Haitian restaurants I’ve eaten at ever. I mean that from the bottom of my heart. I’m Haitian, but I’m a Florida Girl that has eaten at many Haitian Restaurant establishments. I ate there twice while I was in New York for a short stay. We enjoyed the Chiktay Rolls, Chiktay & Fried Plantains, Akra, Fried Beef Chunks & Fried Plantains, Stew Red Snapper with Sweet Plantains, White Rice and Red Beans, and Legume with Beef. The presentation of the food was beautiful, the food was delicious and flavorful, the customer service was amazing, and the ambiance was a vibe; so many different ethnicity enjoying the best cultural delicacy. Makes me proud to be Haitian, to see the different shades of people and culture’s enjoying Haitian food. Check them out, support this business. My overall experience 100/10, I am not easily impressed. 🫶🏾

I went with a huge party (12 people) on a Sunday. The place wasn’t too busy. With a huge party I got to sample most of the menu. The food was excellent. I was disappointed they were out of the Kremas ice cream and pain patate. But overall I recommend you give this restaurant a try.

This restaurant was one of a kind! Great authentic food! Good drinks! (Strong & flavorful) With great vibes! The staff was so attentive and nice! I will absolutely be coming back to this establishment! There wasn’t too many people in the restaurant but there absolutely should be! & they have a DJ playing Haitian music with a variety of afrobeats and popular songs a total vibe! Great place for date night!

Dinner with friends, we each ordered a different dish and shared everything. Not one bad bite! I love Haitian food and Rebel did not disappoint. Shout out to the chef! Great place for birthdays, lots of fun, good music.

As someone from the West Indies, I could've used a little more flavor in the entree. The appetizers were delicious. Loved the atmosphere, it's relaxing. I have knee issues, I could've used a higher chair and have a restroom on the main level rather than downstairs.

My third time there and it’s a better experience each time, I love their food, the drinksss, that kremassss, the music vibesss, the staff is so so nice. They make you feel welcome and comfortable. The ambiance is it!!! Highly recommend!

The food was amazing. The drinks are pretty pricey but overall the experience was great. Please order their creole wings so good the texture and meat falls right off the damn bone. I would recommend this place to others. The staff and chef is amazing.

Our waiter was good, however while the restaurant was not that busy, another waiter dropped off the check right after our entree plates were picked up. ( We had just ordered dessert). We thought that maybe they were closing early, turns out they were closing at 10pm. Having the check dropped off so soon, made us feel rushed...and did not give us space to order something else.(the staff came over at least twice to collect the check while we were still having dessert.) That was definitely strange...

We enjoyed out time at Rebel's. We went on a Friday evening. I was surprised that it was not packed but then again it was Good Friday. The waiters were attentive and answered all our questions. The music was great and the food was good. We especially enjoyed the goat---it was very tender. Overall we had a good time!

I came with my family to celebrate my birthday. The service was incredible! Loved the whole vibe! My favorite part of the meal was the customized appetizer platter! Also, the fried pork is a must!! Melts in your mouth. I highly recommend this spot;-)
