WE ONLY OFFER AN OMAKASE PRE-FIXED MENU
We put all our heart and soul into a creative and unique experience. Our Omakase is a pre-fixed menu based on raw fish and shellfish. All ingredients come from Japan, prepared with Japanese techniques and elements. Our Omakase is a fine dining, intimate experience, prepared in front of our guests to highlight the integrity of our dishes.
DIETARY RESTRICTIONS must be communicated in advance through TEXT MESSAGE. Please note that we are unable to substitute for no-shellfish, raw fish, meat, gluten or dairy.
Seating at the BAR or at the TABLE menu are identical, our servers will be happy to explain the details and nuances of each dish
BE ON TIME Late arrivals will miss the first courses
CANCELLATION varies based on the size of the group and Omakase experience selected. Due to the nature of our restaurant and the impact of late cancellations, a fee equivalent to the full price of the meal will be applied

    We've been repeat customers since their opening in 2021. Any special occasions including a friends' birthday, we're here to celebrate together. A very intimate and quiet place with limited seats (12) at the sushi bar. A perfect unforgettable experience. In 2024, R/O was awarded its first Michelin One Star in our city of Laguna Beach. Impeccable service combined with an impeccable chef owner and chef, Jordan and staff.

    It is a very unique experience. I am impressed by the quality of the food. The varieties of fish were overnight shipped from Japan so that they were very fresh and high quality. I enjoyed the lunch very much!

    Fantastic all around experience. The omakase was outstanding! All of the dishes were remarkable. Nothing I would change. Service was outstanding and attentive. The right amount of humor and care. Just perfect. The sake options are excellent and authentic Japanese beer choices. I will definitely come back. Could not recommend more.

    Phenomenal place and phenomenal chef and staff and service. Very considerate of my wife’s allergy. Sushi was perfectly cut and perfect temperature. All other dishes were splendid. I would strongly recommend this place any day.

    We celebrated our 47th anniversary here and enjoyed a totally private, delicious experience. Every bite in our 24 course extravaganza was perfect in plating and taste. This was our second visit and we were equally blown away this trip as with the first. It’s truly a special experience from start to finish. The knife work-the creativity-the different seafood we have been introduced too-everything about the evening was truly spectacular. Can’t wait to come again. Thanks for making our celebration very special.
