Indulge in a world-class culinary experience at Bistro Europa, Rayson Winery’s full-scale restaurant. Our Chef showcases seasonal dishes inspired by fresh, local ingredients. Dine al fresco on our covered Veranda Patio with sweeping vineyard views, or cozy up in cooler months beside heaters and a glowing outdoor fireplace. Indoors, our beautifully renovated dining room offers refined elegance, with private dining rooms available by reservation.


Choose from elegant bistro tables, elevated high-tops, or picnic tables nestled among the vines. To preserve the serene atmosphere of our estate, we welcome guests 21+ and kindly ask that pets remain at home. We serve only Rayson wine and water.


Join us for wine tastings and wine service Wednesday–Sunday, with exquisite food service Thursday–Sunday.


At Bistro Europa, fine wine, seasonal cuisine, and warm hospitality unite for an unforgettable experience.

    The Cabernet Sauvignon was excellent. The wait staff was very personal, courteous and friendly. The food, Ceasar salad with salmon was good and so was the shrimp tacos. It was a little noisy and difficult to hear and understand others talking. Definitely recommend to others and will be returning in the future.

    Food and wine were both terrific, and choices all sounded great and would fit a wide variety of tastes. Service couldn't have been better, Levi was attentive, knowledgeable, and a joy to talk to. They were very accommodating in that we started outdoors and requested to move inside when the wind picked up and seem to threaten rain. Quality and amount of food/wine for their Wednesday tapas special a good deal for the price. We may make this our normal Wednesday date night.

    We had the Wednesday Night 3 Wines Paired with 3 Appetizers! Food was amazing, and we loved the pairing of the wines. Always have such great service from the amazing team at Rayson. The wines are delicious, the Cab Franc is wonderful and I think my new favorite.

    As ALWAYS 5 star service by all staff but especially Skylar yesterday afternoon. The new tacos, which he recommended, were delicious! We tried the chicken tinga & steak. We also had both flatbread & I always add chicken the the fig one. Delicious as usual. And let's not forget the wines y'all..... the new pearl/bubble is my all time favorite of the Rayson line up. Cheers!!
