Chef and owner Brad Wise reimagines vintage upscale dining with a bold, contemporary edge: a wood-fired grill fueled by red oak, an in-house dry-aging program, sustainably sourced seafood, and a progressive cocktail menu that nods to the classics while pushing boundaries.

Excellent service. Professional server aided in our choosing the appropriate entree for our wine. The Executive Board with chef selections of meats was superb. Great evening. 5 stars.

Toughest prime steak I’ve had. Ordered 40 day aged NY and rolls. Rolls looked better than tasted.
