We made a reservation for 530pm thinking it would be busy. Wasn’t the case and could have gotten right in. Was sat quickly but waited a while for our server to come, after watching all servers walk by us countless times. Our food came quick and was enjoyable. However our server only checked on us once and it was after my boyfriend had already finished. Even when checking on us and our cups empty, we had to ask for refills. When done eating after waiting for a while our server asked if we were all set. We said yes thinking she was grabbing the bill. Nope. We waited another 10 mins and had to flag her down. Overall food was good but service could have been a lot better. I don’t mind the chickens but if you don’t enjoy them, I’d choose another place. Chickens were all over, on the table, running under our table, in the trees, on the roof jumping off towards customers at the tables.

Had a reservation but still had to wait a long time for table. Been here several times before but this time the food was not what it once was. The avocado toast was pathetic. When it came out I was embarrassed that I recommended this for my visiting friends. The bloody bar also not the same….almost no garnishes available to add. Again, I was so embarrassed I recommended this to my visiting friends who love bloody Mary’s. We waited at our table for almost 15 minutes before we even got acknowledged or a glass of water. We had a party of 8 and one meal came out about 10 minutes before everyone else’s. How horrible and rude. One of my friends had to eat alone so his food wouldn’t get cold. He was done with his meal before everyone else’s food arrived. They also forgot the bacon and pancake order. I usually love this place so I don’t know if they were just having a bad day or maybe if there is new management who is cutting back, but we were in Key West for 8 days and this was by far the worst experience we had. Very disappointing. If this is the new normal for this place, there are much better options available on Key West.

Food was good. Service was HORRIBLE. They were extremely slow and under staffed. Took 20 minutes to get a server and our appetizer was brought after the main course. Water was never refilled, live music was rough and some of the other patrons seemed to be on drugs or something. Would definitely not recommend.

Had a reservation on Tuesday evening. We walked all the way there and the place was closed for a staff Christmas party. I’m glad they closed to honor their staff but they should have cancelled reservations!

Always a great meal and atmosphere. Ribs were a little chewy and the silverskin was still in the bottom leaving half of the ribs undesirable to eat. But overall, a solid meal. Hoping to try again this week and have a better experience.

The food alone would get 5 stars. We had nachos for an appetiser and they were great! We had shrimp and grits, rack of ribs, lobster Mac and cheese and fish and chips - all huge portions, reasonably priced and delicious. What stops this review from being5 stars - the venue was a little quiet and lacked atmosphere. I’m sure this changes from night to night though - so overall, definitely recommend.

Service was good food for dinner was not fish and chips the fish was dry and over cooked. The fries were cold. I got Rasta pasta it said it was jerk chicken in spicy white sauce it was not just grilled chicken breast no spice on it in a Alfredo sauce was no good. We will not return.
