Always great food!
Favorite go to place for the best Italian food.
My kids love the clams casino just as much as the parm!
We also enjoy the female that works there every time we go - she’s either our waitress or seats us! She’s funny and extremely hard worker!
From the couple that used to get” love my goat” wine lol
Anthony our server and Lauren the hostess are the best combo in philly!
Great food, fantastic service and seating on time! Would definitely return next time we are in Philly!
Delicious food and amazing atmosphere. We can't wait to return.
Amazing! I can’t wait to go back.
Delicious food and fabulous service. The tiramisu was a highlight! The pastas were good but nothing stood out above the rest.
After reading about the history and seeing this restaurant very favorably featured on national television, we were very disappointed with the dishes we ordered. The staff was very attentive and cordial. The food was mediocre and we will not return.
Staff is outstanding - food is excellent!
Really amazing atmosphere and food. Only disappointment was the Sea Bass on the online menu was not available.
Great food - excellent service - marvelous staff!!!
We made reservations for Sunday at 1:00 for lunch. Not sure they were needed but they were just featured on No Passport Required. We arrive at 12:45 and were told we could only have the dinner menu! I made lunch reservations not dinner at 1:00 in the afternoon. So now the items and the bill just jumped to double. Why feature a lunch menu on their site and change it to dinner when you arrive??? I should have known better than to go to a tourist restaurant.
This South Philly classic lives up to the reputation. A reservation was a must, but once you're there, the restaurant will accommodate as much as it can. We originally had a table upstairs, but they kindly moved us to the first floor. The buzz is there, people really love the place. And we did too. The house chianti was tasty and good value. The house salad and bread were fine, but the mussels appetizer was fabulous. The mussels were recommended to us by someone down the street at Anthony's coffee place, and we were so happy for that. My wife had gnocchi and my mother the flounder francese, while I got the shrimp scampi. All were good, but the scampi was best. Then a cannoli and coffees for dessert -- again, we were pleased. Highly recommend this long-time Italian favorite.
Phenomenal we love Ralph’s. Outstanding food and service .
Best meatballs and veal parm I’ve had! Staff was attentive and friendly. Will definitely recommend and return.
food is always fantastic
Food was great. Service was good. Everything was excellent.
From moment of valet parking, through greeting and seating of host, to staff tag-teaming, and meal completion...we felt welcomed. The Veal Parm was crispy and delicious. It filled the plate. The meatball appetizer was SO delicious. I haven’t stopped talking about all weekend. Returning is a definite.
The veal parmigiana was tremendous
Always outstanding. One of our favorite places to eat in Philly! Veal Parm and Eggplant Parm are incredible!
Great place for authentic Italian dishes. I would definitely go back. If you haven’t been here, you best try it.
Seriously good homemade Italian food. Pasta cooked al dente, gravy has been cooking all day and it shows in the flavor. I cannot wait to go back.
The best, period. My main go-to for most of my life. Great food, great staff, great environment - simply the best.
Great food as usual. The noise level is high but not in a way that detracts from the meal or experience. The gnocchi and broccoli rabe were excellent and the house Chianti perfect for our meal. We will be back
Great place. Love the second floor ambiance. Good service. Amazing food. Would go again.
Visit to downtown Philly
Once again, what can you say about Ralph's that hasn't been said? We went on a Sunday late afternoon to belatedly celebrate a family member's birthday and everything was excellent, as usual. Highly recommend.
Food is excellent. Waiter not so pleasant.
This was my first time here and the food was fabulous. I will definitely be back.
We were celebrating a birthday at Ralph's. Had a wonderful experience. The food was fantastic as were the people who served us especially the woman at the bar. Would highly recommend Ralph's!
All meals were very tasty, done as liked, good portions. The veal marsala just seemed like it wasn't marsala, but a light brown gravy. either way, it was vg & would go back.
A Philly Classic! Traditional Italian Table Food with Great Service!
As always Ralph's didn't disappoint!
Food is always consistently good
Service is excellent and you feel like family with all interactions, with George, JB, Lauren, Matthew and the entire staff!
Ralph's is the best Italian restaurant. The food is incredible. The waiters are helpful, attentive, and advise their patrons extremely well. I can't wait for my next trip to Ralph's!
Food was amazing, and our waitress Laura gave phenomenal service.
Food was great ! Matthew gave awesome service . Can’t wait to go back.
As usual, very consistent and delicious. The Veal Parm is the best I’ve had anywhere. And I consider myself a connoisseur of veal Parm.
1. Soup cold even though waiter said it was steaming hot
2. Was going to order two appetizers , the mozzarella/roasted peppers and an antipasta. The waiter said the peppers and mozzarella would be on the antipasta and neither were.
3. Asked for capellini for my side , told that was all they served and it was spaghetti (obvious difference in pasta)
4. The club soda was flat and had something floating at the bottom. The waiter said he would ‘take care’ of it but never did
Restaurant is a fun place to see but would not eat there again except the meatball was very good.
Loved Ralph’s!!!! David was our server, he was wonderful! We shared apps: meatballs (fantastic sauce) and brushetta. We had 4 entrees and shared. All 4 were delicious. I think the shrimp scampi was cooked to perfection! We will be back. Loved experiencing a 4 generation family dynasty restaurant!!!!
