Inspired by the 'Main Stem' river district location, RAISED | An Urban Rooftop Bar delivers unparalleled service and breathtaking views of Chicago. The name RAISED, refers to many conceptual layers: the iconic bascule drawbridges that line the Chicago river, the river locks that raise the water for passing boats, and the elevation of the urban rooftop location. The name also draws inspiration from the urban gardener and the DIY hop grower, brew master, or wine maker with the notion of raised garden beds, hop plants and grape vines.

With an industrial aesthetic, eclectic style and raw finishes, raised welcomes locals and guests to enjoy the indoor/outdoor bar, open roof deck and private outdoor areas overlooking the scenic downtown Chicago River view.

The entire staff was extremely attentive. Their combined efforts made our experience memorable. I tried it because of it being part of restaurant week...worth going again!

Great atmosphere but the food wasn’t all that. Over seasoned, over cooked. Drinks were decent. However great place to hang out to with friends around the fire!

Wonderful atmosphere and great ambience. You are only allowed to sit for 90minutes but once we ordered more drinks they didn’t bother as much! Great for an after work spot and would definitely come again. Tad bit pricey

Quite a good place. The view is outstanding! Food and drinks very well made. And the service is flawless. Out first time in Chicago and we’re glad we chose to dinner at this place.

The comment on service isn’t about our Server- the customer service of the manager of the establishment and hostess are what is in question. We arrived and two tables that arrived after us were seated first- one of which was a friend of the manager- Emmanuel Hunter. Not only did he give his friends our table but he also was very rude to us. Our last visit for sure.
