   This was my fist time at Rain Forest Cafe it is really nice and fun for the kids. The drinks are very good. I had a salad and shrimp scampi which was okay. I only have two complaints one is the table we sat at the waiters, as well as the people cleaning the table kept hitting me. I tried to move but that did not work things happen, but the fact that none of the staff said anything when the did hit me. 2nd I have a special need daughter that speaks to everyone it was 2 ladies at the front she said thank you and they both looked at her and rolled their eyes. Would I go back no. Just my opinion.

   Unclean the bathrooms gross and the place seemed dirty food was average and slow to come out. Used to be better could be better

   My family and I have been to Rainforest Cafe many times and one thing I've noticed over the years is the slow decline in the quality of the food. Given the price, I expected more. Our Queso was mildly warm, our fish was bland and when our meal was brought to our table we were given no dipping sauces of any kind for our shrimp, and no lemon for the fish which tends to be standard in the industry. Our server, Bradley, was great. He was polite, professional and served us well. Rainforest Cafe - the quality of your food does not equal its price. I will likely reconsider where we go the next time we are in Grapevine.

   Took my kids over spring break, and they had a blast. Get the character cups. We have reused them so many time already, and it just reminds us of what a great time we had. The food came out in perfect time, and the kids eat everything on their plates.

   Both my daughters loved it 6 yrs and 1 yr old. The food was decent. Prices for kids meals were great! Overall we enjoyed our first experience.

    The waiter, food, the total experience of the restaurant was great. Only complaint I have is the cleanliness. We were seated at a dirty table, booth seat was dirty as well as the floor around the table. Informed person seating and asked for another table to which my request was granted. Otherwise excellent experience. Very pleased will be returning.
